First is the cough from a problem in side or something you are breathing in? A good test I use is a HEPA filted mask. (the kind you can get in the hardware store with canisters). Wearing that for 5 minutes should clear up the mucus quite a bit if it is something you are breathing in. Easy test and takes only 5 minutes. Try a deep breath with the mask on after 5 minutes and see if you still feel like coughing.

Will purchase NasalCrom first thing in the morning. I have tried Flunisolide nasal spray last year, which helped for about an hour, then nose would swell back up and dry out real bad. Afrin worked great, but I was getting addicted to the spray, had to stop. Read long term use was not appropriate.
Well your pap smear won't tell the doctor if you have an infection, they only look for abnormal cells. They must have done another test on you as well. cocccobacilli are not a diagnosis it is a preliminary result and a bit non specific. Did they tell you which bacteria they actually found? They will either do PCR (a DNA test) or they will do a culture. By now they should know. You can call and ask.
What really helped me was Clarinex prescription from my doctor. It doesn't work right away. They do have claritin OTC but it is less strong. It takes a while but then it works after a while and then I hardly had any allergies. Another thing you can try along with this is daily Nasal crom spray. It doesn't harm the nose like other nasal sprays.
In my opinion, you are taking WAY too many different medications. Sometimes, "more" is not always better.
If it was working for you, then I would say..."great, keep doing what you're doing", but obviously the regimen you're on isn't effective. I would discuss that you are still struggling with a high level of anxiety with your MD, and even seek a 2nd opinion about your meds/condition.
