Sudafed is OK after 12 weeks. Benedryl is OK after 12 weeks. As far as I know cough drops are perfectly fine. Tylenol severe head congestion (daytime and nighttime) works pretty good. I have cold now and that is what I am taking.

My doctor told me to take Robitussin DM and cough drops are fine too.

U can also take Sudafed and the pill version of Nyquil

Just looked at my pregnancy med list I got from my Dr and for colds it says sudafed ... No PM medicines. Robitussin is okay for coughs... Cough drops (alcohol free) but that is about it. Good luck.

I have a really bad cough. The left side of my throat is starting to hurt. Even when I drink water. I've had it for 2 weeks now. It's just a cough though. I'll sometimes get a headache. I've tried drinking a honey & lemon tea. I've tried cough drops. I've tried warm compression. I've tried vaporo on my chest and feet. Idk what else to try. I've told my dr about it the last appointment I had and she said to take cough drops but that doesn't work for me.

Halls are fine to use, Tylenol cold products are fine to use, Vitamin C, and any none DM Robitussin products. Just take the amount it recommends you take, and no more than 4,000 mg of Tylenol a day. Feel better soon!

For colds you can take robitussin and robitussin DM. And cough drops. But ginger tea is good too. Cut some fresh ginger and boil it in water for a few min and add lemon and honey. Try and get lots of rest. Hope this helps.

My doctor said robitussin dm is the only thing they know of that is safe for pregnancy. There is one for chest congestion and one for dry cough. I hope this helps.

What has helped me a little was some robitussin DM non alcohol and cough drops for coughing and congestion, and as for nasal congestion linden leaves tea has helped but not completely, hope this helps!

I had bronchitis for 2 weeks last month and before I knew and got antibiotics from my doc he said only to take robitussin that had no matters after it (dm etc.) and benedryl.

m 13 weeks and I have the same thing but with both my ears and my head hurt but I asked my Dr what I could take over the counter he said halls for the throat and robitusn md but if that doesn't help then I would have to go in and get something prescribed

I am currently 21 weeks pregnant, and i have a cold that I have had for about a month, I have been taking vitamin c drops but nothing is happening, and some old ladies I know said that this could cause my cervix to open, and thus cause a miscarriage because of the coughing. Im halfway done with my pills and dont have any refills, I read online that if you stop losing weight to stop taking them for a few days and restart them for a jumpstart, is it true? Im currently doing the Insanity dvd workouts 6 days a week(45-55min), they also say people lose an average of 20-30lbs with their 60 day workout program and I havent lost weight with that either (im on day 40), I need help! Anyone know what could be wrong with me or any tips on what I can do different??
