All of my food goes inside that circle, of about 6-7 inches. My plate
is divided into fifths, and 3/5
is vegetables, 1/5
is meat and the other 1/5 is a starch(potatoe, pasta, ect.) I never pile my food higher than 3/4 of an inch, and my meat is always about the size of a deck of cards.
If you practice the above long enough, you will lose weight, and it will be slow and healthy.
I was diagnosed with CHF 3 1/2 years ago and have been on this diet ever since.
