The medicines she takes cause her chest pain, shortness of breath, and make her dizzy. Her blood pressure checks out ok, but is the medicine for the blood pressure causing this pain.
Some days she is ok and other days the pain comes in the morning and lasts all day.
Of all the medecines she takes which is most likely the culprit. Is there any alternatives.

I was eventually successful with interferon therapy, for what it's worth. I can't comment on the victoza; I have no personal experience with it.
Reducing insulin resistance might be critical to succesful inteferon-based therapy as well.

Anyway, my blood glucose used to be around the 140 mark then I started taking Actos 30 mg mg., I now take ONLY take 15 mg and my fasting blood sugar is around 110 to 115. I also barely eat in the morning - a cup of yogart and a banana for breakfast, a small turkey sandwhich for lunch. Afternoon I feel I'm having a hypglycemic attack so I have some cookies and coffee or tea (I need the caffeine- I'm dying from fatigue!
I have also found that Lipitor is used for individuals with high cholesterol. (I am not analysing you or your doc, I just wanted to know more about these meds.)
After finding out about the low progesterone, what was the Doctor's plan of treatment? I am almost positive that I have heard of women being given progesterone at a certain time during their pregnancy to help raise the level to what it should be.
