I can eat healthy all day long, then at the end of the day cave completely. I can't let myself ignore my hunger breastfeeding or my supply will completely diminish. I've been eating a good breakfast, good lunch, a snack between lunch and dinner, and then dinner, and a snack later on. I'm having SUCH a hard time eating healthily.

Exercise at least three days a week or better yet weight lift every other day and walk or ruin every other day then on the seventh day rest and east something you craved all week. Watch your calories not your fat or carb intake. Most of all stay vigilant in your personal challenge.
Avatar n tn Look up "the full plate diet" it's really NOT a diet, but healthy eating. That's what I do, all it is, is a high fiber diet eating lots of whole grains (brown rice, wheat bread, oatmeal) fruits, vegetables and water.

All I crave is cherry poptarts and sweets so I limit myself but it still is all high calorie and does nothing for you. If I eat a large, healthy breakfast, I'm less hungry for other meals AND I have the advantage of using up the calories throughout the day............ Avatar f tn The 500 calories alone you can cut out from your daily intake will lead up to losing 1 pound per week. Another 500 from exercising will be 2 per week. Slower is better. Not what you want to hear, but it gives you time to adjust and learn to eat right. You'll be less likely to gain it back.

I have tho incorporated eating breakfast and eating healthier snacks such as fruit ,yogurt, and veggies.I still let myself have a Lil candy and McDonalds just don't only eat that. A good guide to look at is the Canadian food guide or just google what shouldn't I eat while pregnant. I find google is my best friend when i feel a little uncomfortable asking others.
