warfarin in pregnancy

I am 16 weeks pregnant and have had an Mitral Valve replacement around 20 yrs back - I am on Lovenox and now due to my heart condition my doc recommended I switch to Warfarin - I wanted to know if there is anyone out there who ahs taken warfarin in the second trimester and what are the outcomes? Please I will really apreciate it. I am so apprehensive but I know it will help my heart since i had 2 mini strokes recently. Please anyone out there?????

my mother underwent for the valve replacemet(mitral valve and tissue valve)before two years.suddenly she got blood clot in her leg.she ask to use warfarin to remove the blood clot.now she is getng back to normal.may i knw why was it happened suddenly and will it occur in fucture? will this lead to stroke? doctor saying cox of the heart rhythm problem. is that occuring cox of her valve?

0cm aortic root dilitation. I would like an honest opion on a possible 4th pregnancy. My largest concern is a dissection. Would someone please offer advise? I would greatly appreciate it.

Also they did some reserch and they told me that some people have the same reaccion in the hands when they take warfarin. Can you guys help me about this. I put cream on my hand everyday 3 o 4 time a day also y try to put cream and slepp with gloves at nitgh but the soon i wash my hand or i ty to open a botlle or do something with them get worse , .

This is more of a question about Warfarin, Plavix, blood thinning treatment ect... I was swimming yesterday with my kids and was rubbing my eyes a good bit.
