So I talked with my doctor and he prescribed 25 mg of Viagra. When the prescription ran out I noticed that my ED got worse. I couldn’t get it up at all. So I went to an urologist and did an ultrasound. The results were perfect. The doctor blamed on stress and anxiety. I am stressed about it, of course, but I noticed that the Viagra is not as effective as before. I am taking 50 mg now and I can tell that is not like the first time I took it. Is it possible that my body becomes immune to it?
I recommend that you consult with a physician for a prescription for this and for any other prescription medication.
What I have is a congenital curvature, it's not peyronie, and my ED was caused by a medicine. I have prescription for viagra/cialis but it doesn't work very well so I 'd like to try other things, and I wonder if I can try alprostadil cream despite the curvature.
Ask a pharmacist. When it comes to drug interactions, they are usually far more knowledgeable than doctors, and have databases in which to look up interactions. It's good to ask the prescribing doctor too (and if you don't have a viagra prescription already, definitely tell your doctor about ALL medications and supplements you take).
Uhh.. maybe i needed to be clearer. I did obtain this sample pack from my doctor. I was just concerned if it would show up in the drug test as a false positive. It would be helpful to know becuase to set up an appt to get the voucher to turn into my work. im just trying to avoid the "red tape." Would it be a false positive??
m just wondering, do you have sex with others, how old are you, and how did you get a prescription for Viagra if you're a young guy who mostly masturbates at this point in your life. The main cause of ED are mental issues. Sometimes we're just tired or feeling blah and it doesn't work and then, because a partner is involved, we get scared and it escalates into a more chronic problem.

I recently started taking sildenafil (viagra) and I am experiencing some vision issues. It's been about a week since I last took a 40mg dose and I'm still seeing little starry patterns as though I've been pressing on my eyes. Is this normal? I've read that viagra can cause blindness in some people and don't want to mess up my vision. Should I stop taking it? And if so, what would be an alternative?
I agree w/ GuitarRox - doubtful this one-time deal would do you much harm. But same as GR, I'd want to know why you took Viagra in the 1st place at age 24 - were you experiencing any symptoms that made you think you were developing ED, or was this just sort of an 'experiment' to see what would happen? First, it's never a good idea to take a Rx drug that wasn't prescribed for you, and 2nd, it's an even worse idea to take a larger dose than prescribed.
It has helped but it has not solved the problem. I went to my doctor and he gave me a prescription for Viagra, 50 mg. My question is this: Is it safe to occasionally take Viagra if I also take L-Arginine? Are there are any potential contra indications in that Viagra should not be taken by a person who takes L-Arginine? If so, is the contraindication just for that day? In other words, would I be safe if I did not take L-Arginine on the day I took Viagra?
But being a senior with afib and heart disease without angina my doctor and I think sex is healthy. I have a prescription for Viagra from my primary care and that is supported by my cardiologist. Not my answer or suggestion other than to not give up hope and work with doctor to find exercise or other therapy that brings the angina under control.

Though Viagra has no specific side effects pertaining to MS, it is only advised to use the medication if advised by a medical doctor and only under the prescribed doses. Unnecessary self-medication is more harmful than useful in most cases and is best avoided.

However, I woke up around 6AM with a strong erection and a mild headache, which I know is a side effect of sildenafil. I remember I had some erotic content dreams before waking up. I just wanted to sleep and didn't feel aroused at all but the boner was there. So I masturbated and the erection went away after ejaculation. However, it fully came back just few minutes later. I masturbated again and after second ejaculation the erection definitely went away, so I fall asleep.
m not in the right situation to speak with a doctor regarding my issues although I have in the past and was given a prescription for Viagra; some of which I still possess. Before taking Viagra, I've ensured that I haven't ate anything in the past few hours. I actually addressed the potential issue to people who I've had sex with although they invariably tell me that I don't have erection issues even though I need physical stimulation to become fully erect.
Can i just go to a regular doctor and ask for vigara or would he send me to a urologist to do tests and all that? Can i just get a prescription for it at a regular doctor without any hassle?
Sorry forgot to add that in the last few months have got over ED at the age of 64, and through DHEA and doing all the background work, reason is that I now live in Greece and the doc out would only give me Viagra and told me it was anxiety with no tests, Viagra made fill like a machine and thats not me.
So doing research DHEA kept coming up so started from there, but please read more about it before you try.

After that my ears felt normal for a week. A little over a week after the concert my tinnitus got louder. It seemed to go up slowly but noticeably over the week.
