I used to get a longer, stiff erection 10 years ago and using Viagra, etc. does nothing to make it stiffer or longer (used to be 6" now only about 4-1/2"). Can something be done to restore it?
problem is that masturbation vs the feel of a vagina is different. youre more aggressive with masturbation vs sliding inside a vagina.
id recommend you start using a vagina masturbation tool with some lube. seriously. and get some viagra at a low dose just to get confidence back. otherwise youre going to spiral down and crash. the feel of a vaginal toy will mimic the feel with the silicone vs your hand whihc is rougher and harder pressure.

I am TERRIFIED of gaining that much with this baby to the point i have cut back on my portion sizes as well as snack on healthy items vs eating meals. I have lost 10 lbs this pregnancy because of being terrified of gaining too much.

Get a 2nd and 3rd opinion.....I agree with that. They are calling it a mass so I would guess it was solid vs fluid? I would not rush into surgery, maybe they can wait and repeat the test to see if it has decreased in size, depending on where in her menstrual cycle she is.
Also, if she did have to lose an ovary, there are many women out there that live happy, healthy lives with one ovary and also have families.
