Not sure how successful the nerve sparing is going to be. One side of my husband's prostate was able to have the nerves spared, but the other side had cancer on it so it was impossible to spare those nerves. Already he has taken 1 viagra, and that didn't do anything. It is very expensive here in Australia. It has been 9.5 weeks since his RP. I realise from reading the posts on the forum that it can take quite a while before things happen.

I'm sure the cost varies from one area to another, but we would have no way of knowing what the cost of this or any other medication would be for people in different locations.
You would need to check the price with whoever would be dispensing that medication to you (pharmacist? clinic? doctor).

I got one implanted in Delhi at Escorts Hospital in 2008. A single lead ICD, Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator capable of pacing and defibrillator (I am not sure if a pacemaker has only one function i.e. pacing) cost me approx Rs 450000 (USD 10000) including surgery. More complicated ones could cost double. In India you can negotiate the cost with representatives of different ICD brands and get a good deal. There are many models of ICDs with different battery life.
The cost of a radio frequency ablation in the United States can run from around $2,000in facilities that only specialise in this procedure to around $3,000 elswhere. It is my understanding that medical procedures in India can be as much as 70% less than the same treatment in the US which would make this procedure the equivalent of between $140 and $210 in India if what I have read is true.

I was going through some websites recently and found a Swedish website that has all the common medicines such as Viagra, Cialis, Lavita, etc along with many other products to enhance sex drives that are only available through a prescription in the United States. Does an ultrasound cost in your city or town. In India it's like Rupees 600-1000.
My very elderly father (in India) has, as stated by a senior US cardiologist, a high burden of PVCs of a left-ventricular origin that should be controlled and, catheter ablation is an option. He is currently undergoing treatment using anti-arrhythmia drugs but with limited success and, catheter ablation is looking to be a distinct possibility.
If the situation does arise, the wish is for the ablation process to be conducted here in US, possibly California.
India has several well known companies that manufacture the generic version of Tenofovir and Entecavir, and sell them at a very reasonable price. Wish I have more details.
