No, don't do any of the above! Narcotics are to be filled 30 days after your last refill. It does not matter if your doctor gave you a new script you must wait. Why would you need to refill early? you stated you have some left.
I would seek his Doctors help on this. Yes there is no smoke with harmful particles using electric cigarettes, but you still receive Nicotine. This chemical hits the Brain in less than 10 seconds and starts all kinds of chemical reactions. Heart rates increases, blood pressure increases, sugars are released into the blood to name but a few. I think his Doctor would need to help with the addiction. There are 2 types of addiction.

Perhaps your prescription is the issue? May want to get that double checked. In any case you need an explanation or reason for this. In my case I still have wavy/grainy vision but the reason is that I had vitrectomy for RD repair and could just be taking a long time to settle. Thankful for what I have though.

I was prescribed Propranol with Effexor, because of bad anxiety, and there was no reaction between those two. However I did have a bad reaction between an anti-depressant (can't remember which) and migraleave for migraines. I had a bad fit.
Yes your BP is high, but it is really up to you what you do. Propanolol is a beta-blocker to slow heart rate.
I found once my anti-depressant (Effexor) kicked in, I did not need the Propanolol. I just took it for a short time.
If you do have an addiction problem it would be easier for me to help but regardless, not no but He!! no on the Methadone. Please take this advise seriously. I have already walked that road and it is filled with mines. I was lucky to make it to the other end, you may not be.

Wearing either pair is aversive, but your response motivated me to compare them just now (the prescriptions do differ slightly independent of the prisms and because one is no-line and the other, single vision).
