for chemotherapy
for certain cancers. The doses
for ongoing conditions like rheaumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, etc are not known to actually have these effects. I can't say it will never happen, but it is exceedingly rare. Also, even in people with profound immunosuppression, like advanced AIDS or terminal cancer, serious HSV complications are rare and easily treated.
