My doctor told me to stop taking Valtrex for a while to let my liver regenerate. While I think Valtrex is an excellent drug for treating HSV 2, I think users should take into consideration that long term use can cause some mild to moderate damage to the liver as my tests have proven. She put me on valtrex it seems like the valtrex shortened the outbreaks but i have tingling every day and i dont know why. and I still have outbreaks, so why is this?

Since I never had a "noticeable outbreak", every little itch or tingling that I get spooks me (The reason why I say that is because the time I had sex with my ex, I did have some tingling and 5 days later he had small blisters on his penis, so I know he contracted it from me).

Basically they all gave up and just suggesting physical activity and socializing . If you are fatigue all of the time without other symptoms can this be fit into CFS. Does anyone know the percentage of people who fully recover and usual length before some recovery? Many CFS patients do better on a gluten free diet. Also, the same goes for people who have autism and various autoimmune conditions. I'm happy to hear that your daughter is doing so much better. Do you think she was misdiagnosed or does she still have some CFS symptoms ?
