Definitely check in with your health care provider before using viagra and heart medication. Viagra was accidentally discovered to work for ED when being studied for it's affects on the heart. They always ask you if you are taking this. Men taking ED medications can not take nitrates as a general rule.
If you're talking about on this thread, the person who mentioned female Viagra was a different poster. The o.p. didn't say she had a different quality of response when using female Viagra, in fact didn't mention it at all. It was someone else, giving her advice. (Is there really even such a thing as female Viagra? I've heard of women trying men's Viagra, but have not seen a female version marketed.
Yea it could be viagra but still in order to get an erection with viagra or no viagra, something sexual has to go thru his mind. Perhaps he thinks about sex or something sexual constantly. And there is nothing wrong with that. However, if he is not taking viagra, he shouldn't experience an erection once every hour but if he is taking viagra then yea he can.
Either way, it doesn't matter. This is not a medical condition. He has a good and healthy penis for his age.

That's really unusual, most guys embrace Viagra when they know what it can do for them. You've explained the situation well, I don't know what questions to ask - except why would he not *want* to satisfy you and have much more fun himself ? I have a very serious problem.. Ever since I was 16 when I became sexually active I have had troubles getting an erection.. I would want to have sex, but for the life of me I could not reach an erection when needed... It was very frustrating as a kid and led to some serious depression and thoughts of suicide..
What I can suggest that might help both problems, is trying an erectile disfunction medication, such as Viagra or Cialis. It might cause more blood to flow to the penis causing it to become straighter and have a higher angle of erection.
As for the frenulum pain, it could be caused by a number of things...is it red after you ejaculate? It might be caused by an absence of lubricant and it is being rubbed too much during sex. Try using lubricant. If that doesn't work, see a doctor.
