Please have yourself evaluated for hepatitis, this could be the commonest cause for jaundice and dark colored urine. This is more so if you have nausea/vomiting and abdominal pain. Have a hepatitis panel done. Also, sometimes increased hemolysis could also cause jaundice and dark colored urine. Blood counts and a smear can help diagnose this. U are having another stomuch infection like gastritis. Stomuch sounds are present in every human, they are normal thing. If no sound then it is not normal and serious disease. Hbv not cause xiphoid pain. Do an ultrasound u might be having gall bladder stone or some local infection that will subside in a few days. Dark urine will go away if u change ur diet and drink more water.

I have already told in another post that dark urine is not concerned with hep b unless it has acute body response with jaundice and hepatic flares.
Dark urine is mainly due to dehydration and dietary factors. Change ur diet and drink ample water.

Hbsag
Anti hcv
Vdrl
Typhidot
Urine r/m
After 1month do HIV test. Also ask ur partner to do HIV test if possible.
Hi, I'm 26 years old and have been drinking beer pretty heavy from my early 20's not too long ago I noticed I had pretty light stools and dark urine. The light stools went away and the dark urine was only after I would drink heavy for a few days and not drink much water, asides that it's a normal colour and my eyes look more like a perma bloodshot as opposed to jaundice.
Other symptoms of jaundice include dark urine (the bile spills into the urine making it dark in color) or pale stools, The bile normally makes our stools brown so when not processed properly the stools become light in color.
Some people will also feel fatigue, weight loss, nausea and vomiting depending on the cause of the liver disease.

Hi I found some information re high bilirubin as I am not knowledgeable. I do see your hemoglobin is low and your ALT is about 4 times what it should be. Has you doctor advised you to get further testing? I hope this will help you. I think you need to see doctor that specializes in the liver.

Pimple like bumps can be due to boils, folliculitis, impetigo or pyoderma.Topical antibiotics and oral antibiotics may help. Maintain good hygiene. Avoid popping them or scratching them.
