Bilirubin, LDH, Direct Coombs Test, Indirect Coombs Test, Anti RBC Antibodies, Anti RBC antibodies titrenvd, CBC, Bilirubin in Urine, ESR, Creatinine, Urobilinogen, Hemaglobin, Hematocrit all seem to be fine, but Haptoglobin is <0.01 - completely depleted in three tests done in a week. No history or symptoms of anemia or haemolysis.
9 days ago Nitrofurantoin (200g a day for 5 days) was taken and daily birth control (Qlaira).
Uric acid is there and doc prescribed medicine. Everything else in urine test shows normal ( glucose, pH, bile, acetone, nitrates, urobilinogen, albumin etc)
Swab test of discharge shows (gram stain ):
Few pus cells, many epithelial cells, scanty
Gram positive cocci and no structures
Morphologicaly resembling neissera gonorrhoeae.
Gonorrhea/chamyldia bac is gram negative. I didn't understand the above result.
Is there any problem with my kidney or it is due to infection?
I'm trying to understand my test results. Formally diagnosed with Scleroderma & informally with other Autoimmune diseases. Any explanation of these results wud be appreciated. Thank you.

I went back on 7/1/2016 for the ultrasound results and she said everything looked normal (except for a small cyst on my left ovary, which was normal). She then ordered a urine test and shortly after a nurse told me I had some leuks in my urine which meant some kind of infection and they had to send it off to their lab to determine what type and get me on the right medicine.
I've been noticing on and off foamy urine during the last six months. I don't have any other difficulties with regards to urination like pain,blood etc. I had my urine tested 5 months ago and the results were normal. I again tested recently and the results are below. Could someone please give me some guidance on what could be the reason?

My question is would NGU have risen any of these values in my urine test? Many of the things the urine test for were infection in my urine but all were normal. I already have HSV1 and my partner swears they have no symptoms of anything. So im guessing HSV2 and syphilis are not likely.
Please advise?
