Avatar m tn I am not allowed to refer you to my blog but I know that Dr.Mercola did a great blog with references on his website so you can read more THERE. What to take instead? What I give everyone including my dad! Good pharma grade digestive enzymes and betaine. Works much better and is totally safe.
Avatar m tn When you take a drug and have an unexplained symptom/s, look at the side effects. It is common to be taking one or more prescription drug due to the side effects of the original drug. The newest warning out for PPI's such as Nexium is magnesium deficiency.
315318 tn?1353251800 I must say I was reluctant and so was my former cardiologist in recommending the combination because of possible side effects. So far my liver function has been OK and I will be continuing with the therapy.
Avatar m tn I agree. The benefits outweigh the few, (if any at all) side effects from taking the benzo's every day for over six years. I'm 26 now without insurance, and they are the cheapest of the meds I am on. Trilipix is 184USD, Crestor is 189USD, and even generic gabapentin is 154USD. Lexapro is about 140UDS. Generic Klonopin is about 10USD. Remeron is about the same. And Inderal is 4USD. This is all per month, and I need every one of them.
Avatar f tn Viagra can cause an upset stomach and/or indigestion, but check with your prescriber. It can also have cardiac side effects, and indigestion and cardiac issues can often feel similar. https://www.goodrx.com/viagra/viagra-side-effects https://www.healthline.com/health/mens-health/effects-of-viagra-on-the-body https://www.forhims.
Avatar f tn Thank you for answering my question. Yes I take trilipix and lipitor.

Avatar f tn Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has had any of these side effects after having the COPPER IUD inserted.
Avatar f tn "is there a link or site/blog that lists items to purchase in prep for Tx? " Here's a link to a site/blog/thread where people talk about things that are helping them through TX http://hepatitis-c.supportgroups.
1367899 tn?1278121440 My sister and I started a blog on Adderall to learn more about the medication along with alternative and complementary ADHD treatment options. Any feedback from users of Adderall or Adderall XR would be greatly appreciated. Topics to be added this week on http://Adderall.org How is Adderall XR different from Adderall? [Adderall vs. Adderall XR] What is Adderall? How to Make Adderall: [Adderall Background Information] What are the best Adderall and ADHD books?
Avatar f tn My daughter has been on Adderall imediate release twice a day for a year now for ADHD and has no side effects. She actually is a better eater and sleeps better with it. I am not sure why you take it but i do know that the XR did give her bad side effects. She was more hyper and was losing weight. Maybe you could try the 20 milligrams of the immediate release instead of the XR twice a day or even a lower dose. You maybe sensitive to the high of a dose.
565246 tn?1216468123 I got really good news on the blood work side and those results are on my blog. I also got some bad news just minutes after I woke up, so the day was kind of a wash. Please check out my post and let me know what you think about it. I'm trying to keep it up as often as possible while I go through this so it'll be there for those that come behind me and not know what to expect.
Avatar f tn Tramadol has a long list of adverse side-effects. It is also an addictive medication that acts very much like an opiate. Please talk to your prescribing physician and make sure that it is the right medication for you. Please read my blog about Tramadol by clicking on my name in blue and then "Blogs". It is especially interesting to read the numerous comments it got. Ask your doctor about other, non-opioid ways of dealing with your pain and get another opinion. My best wishes.
Avatar n tn ve spoken to several physicians and psychiatric nurse practitioners who prescribe anti-depressants and they tell me that their patients often report side effects (and less effectiveness) from generic versions that are not reported about brand - for what it's worth but then again, I also play close attention to what consumers on blog sites say as well. We've moved on to Lexapro 10mg once a day so hopefully we won't have the hair loss side effect anymore.
1853014 tn?1340038575 I think this is the blog you are talking about. It is excellent. You can see there are many, many pages of valuable information. Plus it is written very well and has some humor too. http://hep-free.
Avatar f tn I know it is the side effects but was wondering if anyone has any ideas for relief of it. My back hurts as well I do use a heating pad on it and sometimes it helps but the neck, shoulders, and stomach are so uncomfortable. Does anyone do anything that helps with this?
Avatar m tn Phase one clinical trial is not for people with disease, rather healthy people with no pre-existing medical conditions (healthy people) and the objection is usually to find the most effective dose of the drug and how much can be given safely and the possible side effects of the drug. Only except in certain disease category such as cancer will the new drug be tested on the patient.
Avatar m tn even sometime I am thinking of suicide and feeling helplessness. ARE THESE NORMAL SIDE EFFECTS OF THE peg inf + ribav OR SPECIAL CASE WITH ME ? Avatar n tn Hi, You mentioned about possible side effects when taking the prescription drugs. Side effects are a constant issue when dealing with any type of prescription. My wife had an issue sleeping and was interested not in a prescription type of sleep aid, but in something that would have no side effects. She was thrilled with the results of Fast2Sleep. Here is a link, you can look at which tells about different user's experience with this: http://potenthealthsupplements.com/blog/?
Avatar f tn Was wondering if there were any blogs out there by folks going through treatment. I've found a few video diaries on Youtube but was hoping maybe there was a daily written blog.
Avatar f tn s progress through the 3-drug treatment and how he or she handled the side effects or did not experience them. Thanks as always for your help.
Avatar n tn If you go to places like pegasys.com or pegintron.com you can look at prescribing information or medicine guides for each. In that sort of documentation you will see all types of information about the drugs and about mono and combination (peg and riba) treatment. There are sections which discuss the side effects. As I recall (haven't read it lately) it provides a list of many of the side effects that people experience and then provides the liklihood of that experience.
