I have mouth ulcer inside my mouth and my doctor prescribed triamcincolone dental paste to put on it for 7 days. I did swallow a small amount twice a day as it is put in my mouth. I am concerned it is immunosuppressive. I think local use of steroid isnudu My hep b status is inactive. Thanks for any advice.

Mine mum had a geographical tongue and her tongue is getting more and more painful these years. She went to see a lot of specialist and applied many type of mouth gel but doesn't seems to be effective. From the specialist, geographical tongue doesn't seems to be a issue as most of the case is not painful.As for mine mum case, it so painful till it also affect the ear. Maybe someone out there also face this problem, can share the treatment and experience with me.
My husband and I deployed leaving my mother in law to care for our son. She mistakenly put the med on his face and the area around his mouth is now discolored. He's a brown skinned baby with a huge white patch around his mouth. She applied this med over a year ago and we have been told by other doc that the color would come back in a year. To no avail has his mouth even begin to start darkening in. Is there anything I can purchase to aid in the coloring in of this area? Thank you so much.

Hello. I have this really bad mouth ulcer on the inside of my mouth in my cheek. It is right where my teeth is so it's being touched and getting angrier every time I chew etc. it's the first time I have had an ulcer on the inside of my mouth and have noticed on the same side my jaw under it is sore too touch. Could they be related? Someone I work said possibly and I did a quick google search though I didn't click the links.

Prior to being diagnosed with herpes, l treated my genital psor.and the sore with triamcinolone, . It would go away but return within a month. The sore that l currently have was not treated with anything and has remained a sore for a month until taking valtrex. I had a swab for herprs but came back negative. Dna and bacterial tests also neg. I have had oral cold sores so l would probably test positive for 1. I will get a blood test next month from my gp.

Hi I've had an ulcer for around 8weeks now I've been to dentists around 6 different occasions I've been given antibiotcs mouth washes but its still there!dentist said its deffo not cancer but a traumatic ulcer but I'm starting to doubt this as its not shifting!
It has lasted for about 10 months and I take protopic and it seems to help and Triamcinolone works but as soon as I stop using them it comes back in just a couple days. I just want a cure for this because medications help but it just keeps coming back. As you can see, it is just a group of small bumps acne like, they are not painful and they just show up almost overnight and are somewhat bright red. They seem to stay under my mouth and chin area.
I recently kissed a girl lightly (no french kissing) , problem is I had a small mouth ulcer on my inner lower lip and also chapped lips and wasn't sure if she too had sores too and maybe blood.
