I had eczema on my face for as long as i can remember, my doc perscribed triamcinolone acetonide ointment I have been using this for about 7 years and its the only thing that has worked, now when i try to lean away from it my face breaks out in all types of red burning inflamed hives what can i do to break my skin away from this ointment?

The rash was looking a bit different and they thought it was a fungal rash and perscribed atarax, clotrimazole cream usp, 1% and triamcinolone acetonide cream .01% I used that and put vasaline on top of it and it went away. About three weeks ago it came back the doctor told me it was contact dermatitis and perscribed triamcinolone acetonide .025% lotion it got worse. I am thinking it is a reaction to one of my medications geodon.
Dec I had chicken pox but they went away and in jan until now I have strange itchy bumps and sometimes welt bumps that comes and go away an some lady said dryskin bumps an gave me triamcinolone acetonide cream that didn't work but made me itchy more an the man who own the place I told him,he look at me like I was crazy,I don't know what these strange bumps/welt that come and go ..
I went to my Internist who prescriped 2 creams. Voltaren Gel 1% is 1 of the creams and the other cream is Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.025% After using the creams for 1 1/2 days my neck and face is worse. The burning got worse and I have big round red blotches on my cheeks with scaling rough skin with patches. It still itches and I reuse to use the creams again. I am supposed to use these creams a few times a day. I did that the first 2 days.
Do not apply triamcinolone as tighntess of the throat means either sore throat or an allergic reaction to the medicine. Avoid using any lotions and creams over the skin for the meantime. Wash it with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Pat it dry. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves.If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort.
He brought in another dermatologist and they scrutinized my multiple rashes. My doctor decided to treat me with a Kenalog shot in the rear, Triamcinolone Acetonide cream applied to all affected areas twice daily. He also took a punch biopsy above my right breast, making sure that no sinister thing was going on. He mentioned that he was concerned that perhaps it could be a very early appearance of CTCL. Didn't tell me what that was. I looked it up.
Other causes of itchy sores all over body are allergies,dermatitis,urticaria or hives,scabies,pityriasis rosea.She may take an antihistamine like Benadryl for relief in symptoms. Application of calamine lotion may provide a soothing effect. It is possible that these sores have become secondarily infected due to constant itching. Consult an experienced dermatologist. They usually occur after prolonged topical steroid use along with skin atrophy. My reference stated that Triderm is triamcinolone. Angioedema is a swelling, similar to hives, but the swelling is
beneath the skin rather than on the surface. If you are experiecing this, you may be having a hypersensitivity reaction. Triamcinolone can also cause telangiectasiae.
I decided to take her to a different allgerist for a second opinion. At this point she was placed on Zyrtec 5mg BID, Orapred 15 mg q daily x 5 days and Triamcinolone cream BID. The plaques were beginning to get better and I have seen some encouraging results regarding them. However, 2 days after finishing the Orapred, she has developed an extremely itchy rash from her neck almost to her knees. The rash is slightly raised and red.
Visual diagnosis 3 years ago as plaque psoriasis in the genital area and prescribed Triamcinolone cream 1%. When I felt itchy, I began using the cream immediately. I'm 19 years old. I've had 3 ringworm outbreaks in less than a year, but I'm still not sure if it's ringworm. It always starts out with 1, 2, or 3 small red bumps. All the bumps have a white head and can be ruptured. If i scratch it or rupture the bumps by applying cream, it spreads. It is itchy, but only sometimes. But it never forms a circle. The bumps itself is in a circular form, but it is just a cluster of small raised bumps, not a ring with a clear center.

In the past i treated it with Canestan cream and it stopped it drying out but was occasionally itchy.
It never quit so i saw a doctor who put me on some tablets (sorry don't have name) and i had to apply triamcinolone acetonide lotion twice a day after showering.
