Yeast infections are common in pregnancy. If you have a Dr visit/pap smear... they will most likely give you the meds to make it go away. I had that happen the last pregnancy.

Even for simple things like this during pregnancy you always want to see doctor. Could more than just a yeast infection going on otc may not be strong enough. And recurring infections sitting pregnancy can mean other problems do airways best your doctor treats and knows about it.

I just got done with both of those infections and it drove me crazy but its very common in pregnancy I never used the monistat 7 while pregnant but I don't cause pre term labor but the infection can well that's what I was told so it has to be treated as soon as possible

It sounds like him, tbh. if your normal vaginal pH is good and you don't get yeast infections without him in the equation (i.e. when you use condoms you're not actually exposed to him) then it must be him. A few ideas....how often does he wash down there? He could try an antibacterial soap, or wipe off with vinegar.

Its very common to get multiple yeast infections during pregnancy. There isn't really any way of preventing as hormones change constantly. Speak with your doctor to see about preventatives but I've learned they don't help much.

My OB has prescribed me fluconazole 150 mg (one tablet only) for yeast infection and metronidazole 500 mg (to take for seven days) to treat bacterial vagnosis infection. She said it is safe however I am still hesitating. Please I need your advices.

I showered when I had them , it felt better & the dirty water can make it worse. Monistat works great for yeast infections to!!
