I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function.
The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?

Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.
6 weeks ago I very stupidly had an unprotected sexual encounter with a Filippina bar girl in Tokyo (who has lived in Japan for a long time, if that matters at all). Since then I have been obsessing and worrying about having contracted an STD, or worse, HIV. I have had feelings of malaise, tiredness, some aching around the genital area and did have a red/itchy penis and scrotum (which I was told by a doc was just a skin condition).
I should add that in the time leading up to when I first tested my BP at 157 over 104 my father had passed away and I was living in Tokyo when the big earthquake hit on March 11. Until I flew home, I spent one month experiencing a number of aftershocks some of which woke me up from a deep sleep. I didn't sleep alot that month nor did much physical activity.
I haven't had any dizziness and I very rarely get headaches. As I said it was a bit of a shock from previous BP checks.

He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
Last night while out with a hostess in Tokyo, I ended up having unprotected sex. (Penis in Vagina) This happened twice over the course of an hour or so, however not for very long. Less than 5 mins both times. I'm in a committed relationship, and I feel absolutely terrified, ashamed, and disgusted with myself. I know this will not change the outcome of whether I have an STD.
