I take Spiriva Respimat (tiotropium bromide) 2.5 mcg/actuation, and Wixela (fluticasone propionate salmeterol inhalation powder) for my COPD. Is there a sequence I should be taking these meds in? Is there a time frame I should use between the two meds?
Yes, there are. Spiriva® HandiHaler® (tiotropium bromide inhalation powder) is one and Serevent® Inhalation Aerosol (salmeterol xinafoate) another. Each is a bronchodilator and capable of giving good relief of shortness of breath.
If from the lungs, you could be experiencing Spiriva® HandiHaler® (tiotropium bromide inhalation powder) withdrawal symptoms, depending on what type of lung problem was being treated with the Spiriva® HandiHaler® (tiotropium bromide inhalation powder). Spiriva contains tiotropium bromide which is an anticholinergic bronchodilator. So, yes, both have action against acetylcholine recptors and both are efefctive bronchodilators. You can take any one of them.
Indacaterol is an ultra-long-acting beta-adrenoceptor agonist. So, it gives bronchodialation for a much longer time. It is a more recent drug so long term efficacy data are not available. However, available data does show a marked benefit in individuals with COPD.
I recently worked with an epoxy that I had thought was an MSDS Health rating 2, which means:
"Intense or continued exposure could cause temporary incapacitation or possible residual injury unless prompt medical attention is given."
The warnings on the package suggest to avoid eye/skin contact, avoid breathing vapors and to work in "adequate ventilation" (note that no one ever explains what this means).

I spent about 20 minutes in our newly aquired hot tub last week without realizing the Bromide level was extremely high. t find a workable dosage of phenobartibal, you might want to ask your vet about either Dilantin, Valium, potassium bromide, felbamate, or a different type of anti-seizure medicine that can be used in conjunction with potassium bromide and/or phenobarbital together called Zonisamide. Zonisamide is totally unrelated to any of the other anticonvulsants, but, like Keppra, the full extent of its side effects is not yet known so to some vets, it is somewhat controversial to prescribe it.

Hi, fast heart rate is due to Xopenex. Initially, use of this drug is associated with this side effect but over a period of time, tolerance usually develops. In case if you have a pre exisiting heart disease, please avoid this drug.
Consult you treating doctor to lower the dose or frequency, other alternative is sustained release deriphylline tablets.
They keep on telling me that all i was exposed to was general purpose oil, used in the vacuum pump of the GCMS. There was no extraction from the GCMS instrument. I looked up the MSDS for that chemical but my symtoms are not consitent with there findings.
I sent off a hair sample to the US for mineral analysis. It stated that i had high levels of tin. I know inorganic tin is more or less harmless, or is it?, but can organotin cause these type of symtoms?.
