hi, my question is can we mix albuterol, ipratropium, pulmacort together and the order is give these

I purchased the Omron Portable Ultrasonic Nebulizer and am using the vials of Albuterol and Ipratropium. I can only use 1/2 vial because more than that speeds my heart up too much. Can I save the last 1/2 of the vial for later use? Does anybody know of a more affordable way to get the medicine I need? I am paying out of pocket and this economy gets harder every day it seems like.
Yes, Atrovent is ipratropium bromide is used for COPD. I use Duoneb which is a combination of albuterol and ipratropium. You are making me wonder if I can manage with ipratropium alone. I have never tried it. I will ask my lung doctor. I use a portable nebulizer. With that I can take as little as I need (or as much).
I have moderate COPD and am doing well on Duoneb (an nebulizing combination that contains albuterol) and an antihistamine. As for anything else I depend on natural supplements - vitamin B5, mullein extract, and MSM. I breathe more easily now than I have in two years. (Also Advair resulted in adrenal fatigue which I am now recovering from.

At my six-monthly checkup at my local hospital here in Spain there was a replacement doctor and since he was young I thought he might be willing to hear why I was not taking spiriva and steroids. He confirmed that a person with severe COPD MUST use these medicines. But - I objected - they do not cure, they’re only supposed to make you feel a little better and have nasty adverse effects.

Advair is a combination medication used to treat COPD and asthma. It has two active components a cortocosteroid (antiinflamatory) AND an LABA (long acting beta2 agonist that lasts 12 hours). Beta2 agonists are the broncho-dilaters. There are two kinds - long and short acting. Long acting forms are not recommend for use by asthmatics unless they are also being used with a corticosteroid as in Advair (Symbicort and Dulera as well). Short acting forms are a form of albuterol.
Sorry, I was called away. Both the ipratropium of Duoneb and Spiriva are forms of atropine and my doctor thinks that taking both is overkill. As to the tightness in your chest, because of the overuse of Duoneb your lungs are probably extremely dry and you may be forming thick sticky mucus. So you really should, not only cut down on the Duoneb, but also get yourself an expectorant. I use over-the-counter guaifenesin. I get plain quaifenesin, not Mucinex.
I was told to stop my spiriva in Aug. that I had been using for about 3 yrs. This was after I had a PFT for the first time. I've had three ct scans over the past three yrs. Shows granulomata and calcified nodules..no change. For the past couple of days I've been very SOB and my arms feel weak and heavy. My chest doesn't hurt it just feels tight/full. Today has been worse. I was also put on neurontin 1 1/2 weeks ago for headaches and wonder if that could have anything to do with it.
Sorry to say, there are no cures, but there are good treatments, especially with inhaled medicine. If you have not already stopped smoking cigarettes, you must stop immediately. Then you should begin respiratory medicine for this condition.
Anticolinergic bronchodilator therapy (ipratropium) blocks acetylcholine. Low flow humidified oxygen (combination of gases determined by ABG).
The fever could be simple, meaning a compensation trying to regulate the body back to normal. It could also be non-related to asthma. Please re-visit the MD office.

I did a search for interactions between Duolin (salbutamol/ipratropium bromide) and doxyfyline and didn't find anything, but a doctor would definitely be better equipped to answer your question. If your symptoms aren't getting any better, despite using the medication, you should definitely talk to your doctor.
Okay, this has been going on for years. When I wake up in the morning:
1) My nose is clogged, like it feels 100% full of dried phlegm. Nothing will come out when I blow my nose.
2) I can feel phlegm in my throat, it kind of gives me a strange sore throat feeling. This is the LEAST irritating symptom. I just cough it up.
3) the worst thing; my eyes. It's like they don't want to open? They're burning and watery. They feel puffy, like they're bulging out of their sockets.
Cause of low DLCO and drop in it from test 1 to test 1? I am currently on tiotropium bromide and salmeterol/fluticasone propionate. My reason for posting this is one doc is pessimistic and the other highly optimistic.

To be safe, you would want to be off the medicine for 48 to 72 hours before the spirometry. I've recently had an asthma attack due to spring pollen and other related environmental condition that increase during this season. I take a Combivent inhaler as a rescue treatment for my asthma. The problem at this point is that is a provides short relief and has choked me to the point of passing out. Could you please tell me what is causing this reaction. The only prescription medication I use now is Duoneb (albuterol and ipratropium) in a nebulizer. I use about two ampules a day. I do not use a rescue inhaler. Instead I have a small, portable nebulizer. It is so small that it fits into my purse. The advantage is that I can take as little as I need, sometimes just a few puffs. It is made by Omron and costs about $200. It is worth every cent.
Sinusitis, chronic bronchitis then COPD. All because doctors refused to treat the sinusitis. Because of this I can't afford the meds that are the staple of COPD treatment. But it did lead me into an alternative that works better and with less side effects. Benadryl works on the same principle as does ipratropium but I have never been told to use it. I can't tolerate Advair (causes angina) nor Albuterol (causes worse congestion and coughing).
s back to being as is was prior to the treatment. I have tried Veramyst and Ipratropium Bromide nasal sprays along with nasal flushing, all they do is bring on an attack. The sprays trigger it almost immediately and the irritation continues for up to an hour or more. It doesn't matter where I am, so I know it's not environmental. I sneeze on the average of 30-40 times through out the day with congestion. This started about 1-1/2 months after I quit smoking a little over 3 years ago.
About a year ago I developed what I thought was the flu. I went to the dr. Who gave me antibiotics. It went away for a few days but then came back. My symptoms were running nose, nasal drainage down my throat filling my lungs with gunk, and subsequent cough. After 3 more trips to my family Dr. and three more, and different antibiotics, I demanded something was wrong and I'm not taking any more antibiotics. I went to see an ENT and he said it was my deviated septum causing the problems.
In addition, if the cough, even in part, is due to asthma, the Combivent® Inhalation Aerosol (ipratropium bromide and albuterol sulfate) is inadequate therapy for asthma. There are times when cough is the primary symptom or the only symptom of asthma so a trial of an inhaled steroid would be warranted.
If vigorous therapy for asthma does not reduce your cough, especially when combined with nasal washes and the use of a nasal steroid inhaler, then you should see an ENT.
