I presume that a piece of the toothpick has broken and some of it is stuck in your foot. Then I noticed one on my index finger--this one very close to the nail fold--which looks almost like dirt in a vertical line. Then that cosmetic doctor noticed the other one on my big toe. Just last week I found another very fain line on my middle finger.

I was the the store yesterday and the cashier scratched my finger with her nails causing me to bleed. When I looked at her hand I noticed that under her nails there appeared to be dirt or blood. If she was actively bleeding under the nail she scratched me with and got her fresh blood into the cut she gave me, is it possible to get HIV this way? Thank you for your time.
