I recently had smegma , fungal infection and psoriasis, doctor prescribed me Terbinafine hcl 250mg and Ocan-B. I found out its a steroid cream i replaced it with Clotrimazole. Fungal infection and smegma is gone but one side of the penis goes grey, purple color at times, how can i cure this ?
No rashes, no pain, no rednes my scrotum looks normal, I went to several doc they prescribe antifungal like gentaline c cream, sonadem cream, muconazole cream and tab, terbinafine cream and tab. But problem comeback after 2 or 3 weeks of treatment.

About 4 days ago I was diagnosed with Chlamydia. The dr prescribed me with azithromycin 4 tabs of 250mg & me I wasnt thinking and took one tab, one a day the same time a day. So today was my last day and I realized I took the medication wrong because I was sapposed to take all four pills at the same time. Will this effect my treatment and if it does, what other options do I have?

The Pharmacist seemed surprised when I handed over the prescription for the Fluconazole. It is for 4 x 150 mg tabs, one tab to be taken each week for 4 weeks. The topical prescription is for .01 % Terbinafine, largest tube the Pharmacy has available.
250mg of terbinafine hydrochloride for 30 days. I also recommend shaving your head, keeping it dry, cool, exposed to air and sunlight.

I gone to dermatologist & he gave me tab terbinafine 250 mg & gentalene plus cream ( containing beclomethasone dipropionate , neomycin sulphate and clotrimazole ) .... I put it on the groin & penis shaft red pimples. But pimples are still there.. One most important question - doctor after masterbation my penis head became red, heaviness & irritataed every time.. And my penis forehead dryness never gone & i have to use coconut oil 2 times a day..
Just for the record, I have been through a tube of Nyaderm and Lotriderm, as well as been prescribed Rhoxal-Cipro 500mg, and Apo-Terbinafine 250mg and all seem to do nothing for the symptoms of the infection. Currently I am on a combination cream of Lamisil and Ectosone .1% which I started two days ago. Currently, rash and itching are still present.

What you have read is correct. You could discuss this finding with your doctor and get him to prescribe it for you. Since the treatment is long-term it is better to go with onr which is tolerated better by the body.
