I went to my primary physician and showed him the rash on my chin mentioning that it looked similar to the rash I originally had around my nose. By this time, the rash had cleared up on the right side of my chin and had jumped over to the left side. He thought maybe it might be the same condition and told me to go ahead and use my Ertaczo on the rash on my chin. Unfortunately, it didn't work on this rash. In fact, it seemed to have made it worse.

It seems to be some sort of inverse psoriasis because I have that smooth pink rash in my butt crack and a one or two bumps. To make things worse, I'm taking accutane right now (not sure if that's caused any of this) and I've noticed I'm more prone to hard stools that have caused what I think is an anal fissure. Please help me Sad I haven't been to a doctor yet because I am embarrassed and if the cure is something non-prescribed I would rather try that first.
for the past four weeks I've had this red,itchy rash around my scrotum and on the inside of my thighs just near it. In the creases where the legs and lower torso join are particularly bothersome. I have a red groin rash in between my legs but not on my genitals, although near my genitals that I caught from my brother's (clean) underwear. It goes away with Lamasil, but if I wash with soap, or get sweat there it comes back. It is also on the head of my penis and probably up my arse.
So for the past week I've had a rash on the left side of my groin area where my crotch meets my thigh. Its itchy but it doesn't burn. the area between my inner thigh/ groin area to the side of my testicles will start to get sweaty, smelly and start to create a redness/ rash. i dont hve medical to afford a doctor...just trying to fnd out what this maybe or may be caused by...it started probably 6 months ago

I am 65 and have rash on each cheek of my rear. I have tried a lot of creams and nothing helps. I drive a lot every month taking kids to Shriner hospitals. I know I have hemorrhoids, but this rash is dry, scaly, and itches like crazy/ Please recommend something!!!!!!
I'm a young, teenage boy. I've had a red rash between my butt cheeks and on my gooch for a couple months. Its very itchy on and off during the day. It used to bleed when i scratched it but stopped bleeding about 2 weeks ago. I've tried putting anti-itch cream on it but it only helps for a short amount of time. What do you think I should do?

Dear Dr Rockoff, I have had a painless non-itchy rash on my scrotum (left testicle front) and base of my penis shaft for the last 6 weeks. It appeared 1 week after protected sex. I didn’t wash till the following morn, & about three days later i began to notice redness on the scrotum, & small tiny pimples on left side.
My doctor said it was fungal and put me on terbinafine for 1 month. after 4 days without improvement i went to a dermatologist.
Ive had 2 biopsy not cancer. Dr thinking fungus . I was on antibiotics and am currently taking Terbinafine 250mg and Ketoconazole 200mg pill and cream and wash . I recently had a tooth pulled and gum filled with puss. maybe that was hindering my healing. so frustrated and worried.
Hey I have a question about a week and a half ago I developed some sort of rash on my testicles and it then spread to my penis. I couldn't stop scratching it to the point were i scratched some of my skin off, so now i have some scars on my testicles and penis. Six months ago my five year old, now six, developed a rash around her right eye. It was small, just across her eye lid. After visiting four doctors, yet total of six visits, I have been told it was ring worm/fungal, now ezema. I have not been told how to treat this, nor have any test been done. This rash, six months later has spread to her mouth and to the other eye. It has a red outline and the center has raised hive like patches. The skin surrounding looks darker than her normal color.
