I recently had smegma , fungal infection and psoriasis, doctor prescribed me Terbinafine hcl 250mg and Ocan-B. I found out its a steroid cream i replaced it with Clotrimazole. Fungal infection and smegma is gone but one side of the penis goes grey, purple color at times, how can i cure this ?
The main findings were that for reduced fungus, terbinafine was found to be significantly better than itraconazole and griseofulvin, and terbinafine was better tolerated than itraconazole.

What you have read is correct. You could discuss this finding with your doctor and get him to prescribe it for you. Since the treatment is long-term it is better to go with onr which is tolerated better by the body.
I have gained some weight recently and I am overweight and the only medication I take regularly this period is Lamisil (terbinafine HCL) for nail fungus. I do get about 20 mgr of propanolol from time to time in order to avoid the palpitations effect or some valerian extracts pills.
Any ideas of what might be wrong?
Ive had 2 biopsy not cancer. Dr thinking fungus . I was on antibiotics and am currently taking Terbinafine 250mg and Ketoconazole 200mg pill and cream and wash . I recently had a tooth pulled and gum filled with puss. maybe that was hindering my healing. so frustrated and worried.
The Symptoms for the over production of HCL, and the under production of HCL, are virtually identical. The both cause Reflux, Belching, Bloating, Abdominal Discomfort, Irrecular Stools, etc. Unfortunately many doctors are prescribing Proton Pump Inhibitors or pH Blocking Medications to their Patiens which is making them Achlorhydric.
I have used terbinafine cream for a week and my fungal infection almost went away.but after a week i started oral fluconazole with terbinafine cream.after few days again some fungal infection came...is it the side effect of fluconazole. ???
FYI, terbinafine is Lamisil cream. Terbinafine is the generic name. Otherwise, you will have to see a doctor.
Apple cider vinegar is a way to cleanse the body and balance acid and alkaline, but it doesn't increase stomach acid on a permanent basis. Betaine HCL is used for gallstones, not for stomach acidity, since it doesn't do that either. The reason is that neither stays in the stomach, so it can't permanently alter the acid/alkaline balance. Have a bad headache and no pain meds at home. Have a little of the Buprenorphine hcl left from when my cat was neutered. It was given to him orally at a dose of 0.3cc. I looked it up and it looks like a "human" drug also, but am wondering if I am able to take this.

Thanks for your encouragement. It wasn't tile cleaner. It was muriatic acid which is industrial grade hcl. I was just worried (and still am a little). I do know that the stomach contains hcl (my undergrad was a double math bio major but thanks)...
I hope I don't worry this much about EVERYTHING during my pregnancy...
My mum was on nexium (acid blocker) for 6 years and her health worsened. She had severe GERD. Now she takes betaine HCL with pepsin and digestive enzymes. Immediately I started applying Lamisil (terbinafine) every morning till today. All the redness and everything else is gone, but if I look at the skin from the side, I can still see the "circles" (in slightly different skin tone) where the fungi was located... does it mean that I'll have to keep on applying the cream for longer till I don't see those circles?
