This is just an example, I don't know how many granules you have in your capsules and I am assuming you are on 60 mg caspules. So, if you want a reduction of 5% you have to tak off 3mg from your 60mg capsules that would be more or less 12 granules. You can keep the granules that you are eliminating to make new doses. I literally have pockets full of brown/red sand-like granules instead of cheek flesh. And this happened virtually overnight. Exterior is semi dry. My skin has been super thick lately...all of a sudden its like velvet so i went to pop a black head and it tore and its full of granules that dissolve when they hit my hand.
The only symptoms I have are a burning sensation on pharynx and upper respiratory wall (usually in the morning when I wake up) and mucus production, also when flu would hit me these granules on the back would become inflamed and enlarged, once the flue is gone they cwould go back to their normal size. Now after a year and 4 months those granules are less colorful and none of them got bigger nor spread around the same goes for the lumps beneath my tonsils.

What you have read is correct. You could discuss this finding with your doctor and get him to prescribe it for you. Since the treatment is long-term it is better to go with onr which is tolerated better by the body.
Ive had 2 biopsy not cancer. Dr thinking fungus . I was on antibiotics and am currently taking Terbinafine 250mg and Ketoconazole 200mg pill and cream and wash . I recently had a tooth pulled and gum filled with puss. maybe that was hindering my healing. so frustrated and worried.
Sounds like you may be seeing Fordyce Granules, which are ectopic sebaceous gland (oil glands). They are normal and can appear in the mouth as well. They don't go away, and are really only a cosmetic concern. I'd still get checked out, but look up fordyce granules on the internet and see if the photos match what you are seeing.
I have used terbinafine cream for a week and my fungal infection almost went away.but after a week i started oral fluconazole with terbinafine cream.after few days again some fungal infection came...is it the side effect of fluconazole. ???
FYI, terbinafine is Lamisil cream. Terbinafine is the generic name. Otherwise, you will have to see a doctor.
In cold condition it becomes bit dry and I can see small white sand kind granules comes out from scalp. When i touch it from my finger nails i can take get few such granules.

About the lysine, have you thought about maybe trying Bee pollen granules? It is not really a good idea to not take an amino acid complex. Bee pollen contains essential amino acids including lysine. It has many other great properties as well including B complex. My Dr. new I was taking it before treatment and allowed me to continue. Of course check with yours if you're interested.
miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, ketaconazole and clotrimazole. You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients. Some of them are Lamisil, Monistat derm, Mycelex, and Nizoral. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist.

Immediately I started applying Lamisil (terbinafine) every morning till today. All the redness and everything else is gone, but if I look at the skin from the side, I can still see the "circles" (in slightly different skin tone) where the fungi was located... does it mean that I'll have to keep on applying the cream for longer till I don't see those circles?

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it can be irritant contact dermatitis or Fordyce spots. They are small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips.
Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization.
Please consult a dermatologist for clinical examination as without clinical examination, it is difficult to make a diagnosis.

Topical Terbinafine cream did not help doctor is treating with Ketoconazole 2% shampoo and topical Clindamycin 1%. I may be noticing a 10% increase in my normal gray follicles at two weeks treatment. I would love to send a picture.
My husband and I going through the exact same thing. I've had about 20ish spots all over my body, that seems to fade but not entirely go away (For a month and a week, going on two weeks) Although I started Oral Meds late, I'm on day 6 of Terbinafine. I've been taking it day by day. Who would have thought Ringworm would suck so bad :(. We ended up getting it from 2 rescue kittens. They seem to kind of fade, but I can still see them.
