What you have read is correct. You could discuss this finding with your doctor and get him to prescribe it for you. Since the treatment is long-term it is better to go with onr which is tolerated better by the body.
Ive had 2 biopsy not cancer. Dr thinking fungus . I was on antibiotics and am currently taking Terbinafine 250mg and Ketoconazole 200mg pill and cream and wash . I recently had a tooth pulled and gum filled with puss. maybe that was hindering my healing. so frustrated and worried.
I have used terbinafine cream for a week and my fungal infection almost went away.but after a week i started oral fluconazole with terbinafine cream.after few days again some fungal infection came...is it the side effect of fluconazole. ???
I am a long-standing customer of a respected shoe brand and have recently bought my second pair of their boots. They have a medium/small heel and I have always known the boots to be the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The sole fit the profile of my foot perfectly. Vets trip---If she is loosing weight and peeing in inappropriate places, then the Neive problem may be a problem with Boots. Good that you are checking her out. Funny, I thought Boots was a male.

If Neive and Boots are allowed outside, it is really important you have them both spayed.
miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, ketaconazole and clotrimazole. You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients. Some of them are Lamisil, Monistat derm, Mycelex, and Nizoral. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist.

Immediately I started applying Lamisil (terbinafine) every morning till today. All the redness and everything else is gone, but if I look at the skin from the side, I can still see the "circles" (in slightly different skin tone) where the fungi was located... does it mean that I'll have to keep on applying the cream for longer till I don't see those circles?
No you need real snow boots! Uggsare just for fashion silly! I have a billion of them, but invest in good snow boots from places like fleet farm! You will need them! Uggs make you slip on the ice& are not warm enough! Especially if yer gonna be scooping yer driveway out!
Topical Terbinafine cream did not help doctor is treating with Ketoconazole 2% shampoo and topical Clindamycin 1%. I may be noticing a 10% increase in my normal gray follicles at two weeks treatment. I would love to send a picture.

My husband and I going through the exact same thing. I've had about 20ish spots all over my body, that seems to fade but not entirely go away (For a month and a week, going on two weeks) Although I started Oral Meds late, I'm on day 6 of Terbinafine. He referred to a Dermatologist. Administred Terbinafine-500mg (10days) and Fexofenadine-120mg (7 days) continued applying Miconazole but had no relief. She further advised me to take Levofloaxacin 750mg for 5 days together with appky Terbinafine Cream. But still no relief. Infection resurface with spreading to more areas.
face, arms, back. My dermatologist gave me Lamisil cream with oral terbinafine during 2 weeks. My rash has almost disappeared. It came back 1 month after taking terbinafine. I have done a mycological examination 1 month after taking terbinafine but it was negative. Also, oral griseofulvin during 3 weeks didn't work. My rash was spreading all over my body (70%). The physicians sayed it was eczema. The gave me diprosone and oral cortisone.
So, frustrated and distressed, back I went to the dermatologist. This time, she gave me an oral antifungal called terbinafine and also gave me desonate gel, another corticosteroid. She said if it is fungal, the terbinafine should clear it up right away since it's a rather small rash. She also said that if it's contact dermatitis, the desonate gel would clear it up. So, I went on with her directions and took the terbinafine for 10 days and used the desonate for 14 days.
We have some sticky thorny balls here too. But they might not be the same thing. Ours are called BURDOCK and when they put their seeds out they are a darned nuisance. I got them all caught up in my hair yesterday. I usually keep away from Burdock when it is seeding for that reason, but was distracted yesterday while looking for walnuts.
Hi all just wondering would the use of a Kangoo Jump Boots be out of the question as a form of exercise?
I have given up the classes but loved running in them. Last time I used them was a couple of months ago with no ill effects...since then they have discovered the Syrinx....not sure whether to hold onto them or just sell them at this stage?

You may have a yeast infection but it may be resistant strain to the medicines they have in the stores. See if they have one without Azole at the end. If they have a vaginal Terbinafine that would work (but if it is only for athletes foot don't use it). Otherwise you will have to get a culture done from the doctor to see what it is.
