I am going in for gallbladder removal in 4 days and no one has told me to stop taking Benicar HCT beforehand. I'm on a 20/12.5 dose once daily, so it's pretty low, but won't it possibly cause problems with the anaesthesia/barbituates or if they have to give me morphine afterwards (not likely, but possible)?
Does anyone know why my diastolic will not go below 94. My PCP has tried lisinopril, then we doubled dosage, and at my last visit we changed mess. Now I'm taking benicar/HCT.

1. Splenic contarctions under duress can affect HCT count
2. Dehaydration can also be a cause, though vet said potassium levels were normal, in fact they were super high-normal, one more point and they would be high on the reference range
2. Dipstick analysis prone to false positives, therefore questioning accuracy of +++ on protein

1) Blood was drawn at 6pm, did not leave for the lab until after 9am the following morning. Could suspect handling/storage impact HCT readings?
my toes and lower legs are feeling numb. I tried metoprol and diovan hct and although by bp is in the normal range my heart rate is elevated unless I continue on the cardizem cd. Is there another medication that I can discuss with my cardiologist to replace the cardizem cd that will keep my heart rate in the normal range? I feel I've got to withdraw from the cardizem as the side effects seem to be progressing the longer I use the medication.

I was wondering if one is on medication (ie. Synthroid), and taking it at the same dosage for a long time (more than 3 months), TSH, Free T3, Free T4 should stablizes, and stay at relative same numbers? How much variance is okay?

The levels are as follows (RBC 3.71, HCT 34.7 and CA 8.4). Should I be concerned and have my primary care physician refer me to an oncologist?

ve developed seizures, had a blood transfusion and lost 20 pounds without trying. O had the transfusion cause my hgb was 5? And hct was 15? After the transfusion it brought my hgb to 11.2. But then it started to drop again. Since then I've had to follow up with a hematologist. He did a blood test.

ve been using anti-hypertensives for ten years now starting with Lotensen and then switching to Diovan HCT then to hydroclorothyazide for a year or two then back to Diovan HCT. I am about 20 kgs overweight. I walk every day and when in a good routine 8 kms a day, up and down hills through fields etc.
