By mistake I took a single dose of 25 mg chlorpheniramine maleate and also 500 mg paracetamol along with it. I've been having a slight pain in my upper right abdomen ever since. Is this a sign of possible liver damage? Is it possible to damage liver at the above dose? Thanks in advance. I would really appreciate your input.

My GP told me to cut the Atenolol in half and gave me an RX for Enalapril Maleate 5mg daily. He said hopefully the Enalapril would dilate the output artery(my words?) and increase EF and blood flow thus reducing fatigue.
Does this sound reasonable and do you recommend other actions? Would changing the settings on the pacemaker make any difference? Is there anything new in the way of clearing old occluded arteries?

yesterday I was playing with my 2 years old child in the park, and suddenly he just fell down on the grass. He put his hand in some red substance, and then put this hand in his mouth. I was very scared, and thinking that this could be blood. I went to my car, and get some hydrogen peroxide 3%. Put this on that red substance and it didn't react to hydrogen peroxide (no bubble, foaming, nothing became white).
Can I use hydrogen peroxide for gargling and is that preferred over Listerine and other mouthwash?

Are there other symptoms present? If Piriton or Chlorphenamine maleate is not helping, you may need to have him see a doctor for proper management. Aside from anti histamine medications, topical anti-itch preparations and ice compress may help provide relief. Identification and avoidance of triggers may also help. My question is what color if any at all do supposed herpes bumps look like when Hydrogen Peroxide is put on them.
