LATELY, I STARTED USING SILDENAFIL, BUT LAST WEEK SOMEONE RECOMMENDED 20MG TAZZLE- TADALAFIL. DOSE SUGGESTED 1-20 MG PER DAY FOR 3 DAYS, AFTERWARDS 1 TAB EVERY 3 DAYS.
SINCE I HAD JUST STARTED FREQUENT 4/5 TIMES URINATION PROBLEM, I WAS ADVISED TO TAKE FINAST 5MG DAILY. I WAS TOLD THIS FINAST DOSE WILL ALSO ADDITIONALLY HELP IN SCALP HAIR GROWTH! I READ ON SITE CIMSASIA.COM THAT FINAST HAS SIDE REACTION OF IMPOTENCE.
Other medications are metformin 500mg twice daily, Lisinopril 40mg(morning), Trazodone 50. Recently I take tadalafil 10mg and my blood sugar goes very low. I also tried 2.5mg daily at night, again my blood sugar goes very low. I wear a freestyle libre patch. What medications are interacts with tadalafil? Is Viagra will be safe for me?
Hi. So did you take the dose as prescribed by your doctor? That's within the range of dosing offered. But not likely where someone is started if you are new to it. Has it worked for you before? One of the biggest issues with it working properly is timing of sex. Too soon, won't work right. Too long after taking it, won't work right. Another way it is prescribed to help is to take a lower dose (often 2.5 mg) but every day at the same time each day.Then it is in your system.
I had my synthroid dose increased to 112 mcg from 100mcg. I have taking it for a little over 2 weeks. Since than my lips have been burning. My toes feel tingly. My doctor checked my b12 and said it was okay. Ihave been playing phone tag with her snce she does not want to see me. She said she does not know what is causing my lips to burn or why my toes feel tingly. I am disappointed in the doctor's response.
t know where to post this question, someone knows if pde5 inhibitors and specifically tadalafil (cialis) are reversible enzyme inhibitors? and can you explain why from a chemical and pharmacological point of view? So, is the inhibition reversible or irreversible and why? I know it is not an easy question but I can't find on the internet this answer.
I have now have tried all the usual tablets (Viagra, Levitra, Tadalafil although not Spedra - yet). Tadalafil seems to work best although even that doesn't facilitate an erection sufficient for intercourse. So, looking for alternatives, I discovered alprostadil.
There is an article on tapering in the health pages to your right under DISCUSSION...I mportant not to spike your dose and go to small doses throughout the day til u quit gradually reducing...tapering is not pain free for most...and not always easy to stick to...i did a quick taper and was really ready to be finished by the end of it...
You were tested with an antibody test using microplate enzymatic immunoassay (MEIA) technology and the value that you read out (as correctly pointed out by nursegirl) is just a mere testing technicality, it differs per the time of the day, temperature of the body etc. It doesn't matter as long as it is below '1.00'. You are 100% negative.
I asked the question because a former physician had me on a lower dose and am interested in knowing whether it is better to be on the lower dose or the dose I am on now. I was at approx. 86 Kg. on a dose of 300 mg twice per day and have been moved to 500 mg twice per day. I would point out that I am aware the studies conclude conflicting things on this issue, which may render the ultimate answer not within reach.

Interesting, Bromely. As I mentioned, I take 75mg. per day and feel nothing. It takes a little longer for my heart rate to get up to speed when I work out, but that's about it. My current heart rate is 68. I DID feel like "S" when I was on 200mg per day. I felt like a zombie. That dose level didn't last too long, fortunately. Before my ablation, 100mg. per day seemed perfectly tolerable to me. I guess it affects us differently.

the ceiling dose for suboxone(8mgs buprenorphine and 2mgs naloxone per tablet) is 32mgs a day, and if you go higher it will actually become a full opiate antagonist, putting you into severe wd's, so the lower the dose,r gith around 4-24mgs is actually the best and most efficient dose of suboxone. Thats for buprepnorphine, the drug Subutex is just buprenorphine and no naloxone, but the naloxone is ineffective and not active if you take suboxone correctly(sublingually-under the tongue).
I tried sildenafil and tadalafil and both worked very well only a few first times - later the was a small or sometimes no response. My testosterone is high (810) and no smoking, not overweight, blood work works O.K.
I'm 56 years old. Any suggestions?
