Avatar m tn Hi, I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. The next step is usually papaverine injection but needs to be given by an expert only. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

Longer-term use can cause vision impairment due to optic neuropathy and has also been reported to cause sudden deafness. Further studies regarding the long-term use of this drug are underway and are yet to be conclusively reported upon.
Avatar m tn I'm 28. I am capable of getting proper erection any time of the day except for being in bed with a girl. After clinical check and running tests the doctor confirmed that my sex drive is healthy and functioning and that my problem is purely psychological. Performance medications help sometimes help (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardelafil, .. ). But in other times they just don't have any effect.
