t know where to post this question, someone knows if pde5 inhibitors and specifically tadalafil (cialis) are reversible enzyme inhibitors? and can you explain why from a chemical and pharmacological point of view? So, is the inhibition reversible or irreversible and why? I know it is not an easy question but I can't find on the internet this answer.
I have now have tried all the usual tablets (Viagra, Levitra, Tadalafil although not Spedra - yet). Tadalafil seems to work best although even that doesn't facilitate an erection sufficient for intercourse. So, looking for alternatives, I discovered alprostadil.

I tried sildenafil and tadalafil and both worked very well only a few first times - later the was a small or sometimes no response. My testosterone is high (810) and no smoking, not overweight, blood work works O.K.

I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. The next step is usually papaverine injection but needs to be given by an expert only. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
I was not having any urological problems till now exept ED which started since last 9-10 months. My doc prescribed me with peroxitene and tadalafil for ED and I completed the medication 5 days back. Now I need to urinate atleast 10-12 times a day even after drinking much less amount of water(only 1-1.5ltr/day). Till I feel the pressure of urinating so severely that sometimes I lost controll of holding before actually urinate. I am feeling helpless. Please help me get out of this situation.

I'm not, doc thinks it may be thrush mouth due to antibiotics, been on Clotrimazole 10 mg Troche for fourth day, no change tho. Not sure what's happening.

Tadalafil (Cialis) has had a few side effects with long-term use, but these have not been conclusively attributed to the drug.
Headaches, indigestion, back and muscle pains, etc., have been considered the minor side effects of this drug.
Longer-term use can cause vision impairment due to optic neuropathy and has also been reported to cause sudden deafness.
Further studies regarding the long-term use of this drug are underway and are yet to be conclusively reported upon.
I always rinse my mouth after any inhalers or the spriva handihaler either with water or mouthwash. Usually both. I also use Clotrimazole 10 mg troche up to 5 times daily for the thrush in my mouth. I am so frustrated as I feel like the spriva is helping my breathing but I am miserable. Why is the spriva causing me to have thrush in my mouth if there is no steroid in the medication?
