Other medications are metformin 500mg twice daily, Lisinopril 40mg(morning), Trazodone 50. Recently I take tadalafil 10mg and my blood sugar goes very low. t know where to post this question, someone knows if pde5 inhibitors and specifically tadalafil (cialis) are reversible enzyme inhibitors? and can you explain why from a chemical and pharmacological point of view? So, is the inhibition reversible or irreversible and why? I know it is not an easy question but I can't find on the internet this answer.
I have now have tried all the usual tablets (Viagra, Levitra, Tadalafil although not Spedra - yet). Tadalafil seems to work best although even that doesn't facilitate an erection sufficient for intercourse. So, looking for alternatives, I discovered alprostadil.
I tried sildenafil and tadalafil and both worked very well only a few first times - later the was a small or sometimes no response. My testosterone is high (810) and no smoking, not overweight, blood work works O.K.

Have been taking half to whole tablet of mersyndol nearly everyday for at least three years. I think I have developed a case of itching all over the body because of overuse . I have had blood tests to show no other reason for the itching, How long is it likely to take for the codeine to work through the system and hopefully the itching to stop. I have stopped taking the mersyndol for about two weeks so far.

I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. The next step is usually papaverine injection but needs to be given by an expert only. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
I was not having any urological problems till now exept ED which started since last 9-10 months. My doc prescribed me with peroxitene and tadalafil for ED and I completed the medication 5 days back. Now I need to urinate atleast 10-12 times a day even after drinking much less amount of water(only 1-1.5ltr/day). Till I feel the pressure of urinating so severely that sometimes I lost controll of holding before actually urinate. I am feeling helpless. Please help me get out of this situation.

Tadalafil (Cialis) has had a few side effects with long-term use, but these have not been conclusively attributed to the drug.
Headaches, indigestion, back and muscle pains, etc., have been considered the minor side effects of this drug.
Longer-term use can cause vision impairment due to optic neuropathy and has also been reported to cause sudden deafness.
Further studies regarding the long-term use of this drug are underway and are yet to be conclusively reported upon.

My husband is suffering from this rebound redness (16 straight months now-no relief), what can you do about it? Obviously stop the drops, but will he recover? The opth. said he had dry eye, but that's NOT it. When I surf these symptoms, everyone's calling it rebound redness from overuse of eye drops which he DID overuse big time. HELP!!!
