My husband takes cialis/Tadalafil, I know what it is used for but he is telling me this pill helps with swelling in his feet and legs, Is this true?

I tried sildenafil and tadalafil and both worked very well only a few first times - later the was a small or sometimes no response. My testosterone is high (810) and no smoking, not overweight, blood work works O.K. I'm 56 years old. Any suggestions?

t know where to post this question, someone knows if pde5 inhibitors and specifically tadalafil (cialis) are reversible enzyme inhibitors? and can you explain why from a chemical and pharmacological point of view? Hi, I sincerely feel that you should consult a urologist for the same if the oral medications are not able to treat the ED. I hope you have tadalafil also apart from sildenafil. I was not having any urological problems till now exept ED which started since last 9-10 months. My doc prescribed me with peroxitene and tadalafil for ED and I completed the medication 5 days back. I been going every week to measure my pressure and was first week 180/100 second week 182/103, the doctor decide to put me in medication bisoprolol/hctz 5/6.25 Then the third week with the medicine was 160/93, she decide to change the dosage to 10mg, at the four week the pressure when finally down to 138/86. she said i should keep taking the medication and they will see me again in June. It's possible that you have what they call "white coat hypertension" and its also possible to have real hypertension. Its disturbing that your dr just assumed you were a hypochondriac and gave you a powerful benzo to treat it. Drs dont normally put a patient on meds after just one high reading and so I wouldn't necessarily say he is wrong for not immediately putting you on blood pressure medication.

Hi can hypertension cause symptoms, i have dizzines etc..Nausea i have a cuff a home, am 43 and obese :(.. trying to loose weight, i feel light headed alot and vertigo..My Bp readings are 150 highest 100 or 90 or so. Generally feeling crap really. They say no symptoms silent killer etc...But i am not sure what else it can be.....It feels like now and again i get a few heart palps too.
