Avatar f tn however, you should talk with your doctor about your very low blood sugar. It might not be related to the tadalafil, but if I were you, I would discontinue using it until your doctor can run some tests.
Avatar m tn You may have given some insight into the issue - high BP can be due to narrowing of arteries, and of course erections depend on good blood flow to the penis. You might look into ‘shockwave’ therapy for ED - it uses a particular frequency of acoustic shockwaves that break up arterial ‘plaque’ in the penis & increase blood flow. It has worked for some guys to restore function. One well-known one is ‘Gaineswave’ but there are others, they're fairly expensive.
Avatar n tn Sorry I don't know where to post this question, someone knows if pde5 inhibitors and specifically tadalafil (cialis) are reversible enzyme inhibitors? and can you explain why from a chemical and pharmacological point of view? So, is the inhibition reversible or irreversible and why? I know it is not an easy question but I can't find on the internet this answer.
Avatar m tn I am a 67 year old Type 2 diabetic. My ED started around 2 years ago since which time I have never been able to have intercourse with my wife. I raised the issue with my doctors at the outset but they didn't seem interested. Of course, in pandemic UK, you can't get near a doctor anymore. I have now have tried all the usual tablets (Viagra, Levitra, Tadalafil although not Spedra - yet).
Avatar f tn My husband takes cialis/Tadalafil, I know what it is used for but he is telling me this pill helps with swelling in his feet and legs, Is this true?
Avatar m tn Hi, Tadalafil (Cialis) has had a few side effects with long-term use, but these have not been conclusively attributed to the drug. Headaches, indigestion, back and muscle pains, etc., have been considered the minor side effects of this drug. Longer-term use can cause vision impairment due to optic neuropathy and has also been reported to cause sudden deafness. Further studies regarding the long-term use of this drug are underway and are yet to be conclusively reported upon.

Avatar m tn I do have morning erections that are very strong. I sometimes have strong erections when I go to bed, making it impossible to go to sleep without me having masturbate. But why is that when I have a sex partner around that this nuisance occurs. Sometimes I am able to penetrate, but soon after lose hardness, but thrusting brings the hardness. I have used sildenafil and tadalafil both with good effect, but I am not sure how safe are those.

I didn't had any erection even until 30 minutes. What could be the reason. I am really tensed as I do get early morning elections or elections during masturbatinng consumed tadalafil 10 mg later in the night and found it effective in erection. Avatar m tn The drug alprostadil (Caverject, Edex, Muse) also increases blood flow to the penis leading to an erection. These medications are not as popular because they have to be injected with a small needle into your penis, or a small suppository must inserted into the opening of the penis. Mechanical devices such as vacuum erection pumps are safe and highly effective in many men. Consult your physician for more information about treatment options for male enhancement.

Avatar m tn I made it to the doctor yesterday. I took those horrible fentenyl patches off and 24 hrs later, I was in the doctor's office. I showed nothing in my system. I think I felt worse than I had ever felt in my life. He said he could give me suboxone sublingual films for the withdrawals. I have to take 2 per day. I know alot of you on here know some things that I don't about this. Just like me know if it's alright to do this for 2 weeks.

How long should I keep taking the Trazodone to completely overcome the performance anxiety? I feel confused because I read that Trazodone sometimes have a reversed effect if taken for too long. Please advise me.
Avatar m tn Are you getting these medications off the internet or from your Dr? I would recommend to not buy things off the internet because they can be dangerous. If you did get these medications from your Dr you need to let him/her know that you and your wife are trying to have a baby and you need to know if they're safe for the child.

1508698 tn?1360215710 The best thing to do is to stay busy. Go for a walk, clean a closet, play some music and dance. Anything but sit and think about how just one wouldn't hurt. As you know, one is never enough. It just leads back to where we started and it just gets worse. Do you have a sponsor? If not get one and call them when you get the urge to use. Do anything you can to fight it. You know that it will pass. I also find that eating helps. Especially chocolate, but that's just me.
