I love big band music, and I would say that ONE of my favorite big bands is "Stan Kenton" he had a very innovative orchestra.
One of my favorite pieces by him is "Song for a Sunday" it is so beautiful, and in this particular selection, he uses his orchestra that has violins and french horns, it is awesome.

Benzos are a bad remedy for insomnia, as they interfere with the brain's ability to learn how to adapt to stress and interfere with REM sleep, and of course are addictive with quite a withdrawal kick. Although you only used it for a short time, people are different in how they respond to quitting -- it should be done gradually even after short term use if that use was continuous as opposed to as-needed occasional use.
Nobody officially accused me of forging but the pharmacist looked at me like I was a criminal and the doc never verified the script as of Mon. I didn't want to deal with them anymore so on Monday I told the pharmacist that I cancel 2 of the prescriptions on Sunday and if she didnt get the memo then, here it is again "Cancel all 3 prescriptions now". They put a label on it and I tored the script in front of her face and walked out.
When reading up on Chiari (as I have been doing oh..I don't know, every day for the past month) I keep seeing a reference to 'bony abnormality' when talking about chiari. Is this in reference to the spine or skull, or both?

i would be just slightly hesitant to say that there will be little discomfort using valium for a taper. most times when you're having this much difficulty before even starting the taper, it means that a taper will be very difficult....however, everyone responds differently. thats really secondary to the fact that as madtram mentioned, there DOES need to be a taper. taking these drugs in excess for days or even weeks at a time then stoping is REALLY not good for you.

Its just a viral, you dont really need to go to the doctor for a viral because usually what they will do is say "yep you have a viral call us back if it doesnt go anyway in about a week so we can set up another appointment" what? there goes 200.00 down the drain just to tell me if I have a viral!
