Avatar f tn Hi ask your doctor for Metformin if you're not already on that. It slows down a lot of the symptoms of PCOS. Other Than that, I'm not aware of any other medical aspects that will help. I'm sure some ladies on here may be aware of some others if there are any. Good Luck!!
Avatar f tn Maybe you should talk to your doctor about it . You should eat even if you're not hungry because your baby needs the nutrients . I don't get hungry sometimes but I know my soon needs to be fed .
Avatar m tn Yes, that's most likely why. If you're not hungry, you must force yourself to eat something. Good nutrition and exercise are very important in controlling anxiety. Also, do you drink any of those sugary caffeine drinks? That is the worst thing you could do if you are. I say this because I know alot of kids drink those these days. Very very bad for anxiety. I want you to eat some lunch right now. If you're not very hungry then eat some fruit or some soup....something light.
15355684 tn?1440035790 Can anyone suggest some superfoods that help improve the brain performance? Recently I found a superfood called Bulletproof brain octane oil that helps improve brain performance at Giddy Yoyo, a certified organic food product seller in Canada. Does anyone here have tried this product? or if someone who knows better superfood then please share.
Avatar f tn I have a mostly healthy diet with a day or two in the month where I eat junk, like popcorn and apple pie with ice cream I recently started mixing Amazing Grass Superfoods and Wheat grass in my morning smoothies. My smoothies include a helping of berries: blue, black, and strawberries with banana and grape juice. Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days.
2175366 tn?1337651654 Some people get good results with "superfoods" such as bee pollen, royal jelly, spirulina because they are so highly concentrated with nutrients. Adrenal aids such as eleuthero and rhodiola can be helpful as well.
Avatar m tn Therefore dosing is traditionally done by the number of times you take it in a day, not a mg dosage. My guess is you took a standardized extract in pill form, though I don't know this for sure, which isn't a natural way of taking an herb but is a modern way.
Avatar m tn I have currently taken back my health and am eating healthier than I have ever eaten in my life! My diet consists mainly of vegetables, healthy fats, meat and fruit and I have cut out dairy, processed grains, sugar (mostly-still treat myself every once and a while) and have started taking probiotics, daily vitamins, drinking more tea & water and am utilizing superfoods as well (acai, camu, ultra cleanse, cacao, etc).
Avatar f tn I'm 26wks and I'm carrying my first baby (a boy). I'm so sick and tired of people and their comments. Everytime I see someone they say "you're big" , "you're not going to make it to your due date", "are you having twins" etc. Does people not understand that we don't want to hear that? Am I the only one that gets these remarks?
Avatar f tn Since the above poster did not bother to address the main concerns of either of you, I can tell you that heart rates can, indeed, reach pretty scary rates during a panic attack. Normal heart rates range between 60-100 bpm (beats per minute) I don't know if anyone has kept records of what the highest rate has been. And as with so many other things that are highly individualized, what our own heart rates climb to during an attack will vary. There is no "norm" in other words.
Avatar f tn It's good you're being careful with your diet, but be careful you're eating enough calories. I used to habitually watch what I ate because I easily gain weight, but in pregnancy we need a good 2000 calories at least. As long as you're getting enough calories and eating all the important things, I wouldn't worry too much unless your doctor says you're pretty underweight for your stage of pregnancy.
Avatar m tn Let him eat what he wants even if it is not nutritional sound. It is ok if he does not want certain foods. Slowly introduce new foods, and if he does not want it, do not make a fuss over it. Try again in a few weeks. Sometimes it takes 5-9 times to introduce a food to a child that they will accept, however, if they do not want it, let it go. Hoped that helped you.

Avatar f tn I'm 13 weeks today & I've been like this for 5 weeks! I don't throw up but I'm never hungry. Then when I'm feeling hungry I can only eat what I crave or I get sick. Try eating crackers. It's not much but it helps me. Also I'm in love with fruit smoothies. I use milk, yogurt, ice, frozen fruits, & peanut butter. Those are the only 2 things I can eat without feeling sick. Fingers crossed we can start eating again!!
