I think you also might have to consider fat burning superfoods! I excercise regularly and eat pretty good, I never had this problem before until the wine. I think my waist shrunk due to the excercising but how come the belly fat wont go away!!!?? Anyone have a clue as to what I need to do, or what i'm doing wrong? I also need to lose some on my arms, and I do the excercises is it just a matter of time? any suggestions? Will I ever get my flat belly back?

Avatar n tn We want to add one thing here that you do cannot lose fat only at one area. With cardio or any form of exercise you lose fat proportionally. Only for that last toning part ab exercises would be helpful. You can also try aerobics, floor exercises, swimming, continue your tempo. Do not worry and avoid fried food, desserts, extra sugars, fast foods etc. Have a balanced diet. Do not smoke or consume alcohol. Gradually over a period of time you will lose. Take care!
