Those can also be combined with Wellbutrin to maximize the energy boost. Also if you haven't tried Wellbutrin 300mg maybe this only could gives you energy. Anyway those are all things you can check out with your doctor.

Possibilities that may need to be considered are malabsorption, infections/ inflammations, inadequate fiber intake etc. With dark stools one may need to rule out GI bleeding as well, which could again have a number of secondary causes like infections/ inflammations, ulcers, erosions, growths/ masses etc.
333672 tn?1273792789 Interesting - I am always curious about these reports especially when current practise seems to be to report to the media about findings from only one study often with no controls or taking into account any counter -studies. I also want to pose a question to all to think about - The brain is mostly fat but that fat is saturated so why do we need to eat Omega 3 fats which are polyunsaturated? I've been curious for a while about this but not found an answer.

Avatar f tn Getting through that frame of mind is really difficult. You could try keeping a workout journal or putting up post its to remind you of the buzz you get after exercise or the achievements you've made. Likewise you can make plans to exercise with a friend at least once a week, even just a walk. The socialising will boost your mood as well as the exercise and it's a good way to prevent any unmotivated changes in plans because of the expectation to meet up.

Avatar f tn I use lithium and lamictal for my mood stabilizers and will stay on them through my pregnancy. The tentative plan is to add topamax after baby for the migraines and an added mood stabilizer boost. 666834 tn?1338561394 Anyone who is in chronic pain will have those days as you describe. It's perfectly normal...it's a grieving process. Yes, it can be quite overwhelming...I honestly know how you feel in that respect. Everyone has this and must come to terms with their illness in their own time. There is no set rules for grief...it's due to the loss of part of our lives. You have nothing whatsoever to feel ashamed for.
