535822 tn?1443976780 In complement to vitamins B complex you should consider Spirulina, black Cohosh and siberian ginseng ( if you really want the best thing on the market that contains not only spirulina but many other superfoods go for Green+ powder or SuperFood RX, I do take Green+ and the results are amazing and 3 tea spoon is basically like taking 6 green salad portions. Black Cohosh will help to balance your estrogen level. Physical activity is highly recommended to balance your homones.

961574 tn?1520648103 Both of these prenatal vitamins contain a mix of ingredients that not only help with your babies development but also helps the mother with the necessary nutrients and minerals needed to keep her healthy. These prenatal vitamins also have some of the best reviews I have found from consumers and professionals. Trimedisyn is a product that is at the top of my list for prenatal vitamins and is the prenatal vitamin I had my wife use during her pregnancy.
234013 tn?1231110193 Who is taking OTC prenatal vitamins and who is taking a prescription? I have been on a prescription but my insurance won't cover any more through my local pharmacy. I must do a mail order. I really don't want to mess with that. I am considering buying OTC vitamins. Anyone else taking them....what brand????
Avatar f tn Processed foods, pesticides etc are a good reason why most of the people have a lack of nutriments and vitamins/minerals therefore this is why i strongly suggest vitamins/minerals and superfoods supplements. Superfoods are foods that contain high amount of nutriments, vitamins and minerals and have antioxidant and many more proprieties. You must know that there are also natural anti-anxiety remedies and supplements available.

Avatar f tn Stress, such as unemployment, can deplete magnesium and magnesium, as well at the B Complex Vitamins, are essential to handling stress calmly and smoothly. Some of the safer and more effective forms of magnesium include: Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate (can be laxitative -- take with food). Avatar f tn I just take it everyday at the same time of day. My Rx says 2 hours before or 2 hours after you eat but I never listen to that. My Dr said I can take it with food or not but usually I do bc vitamins make me sick or like the ladies above said take it at night to avoid feeling sick. As long as you take it everyday i don't see a problem with how or what time. Just watch taking it with other meds that's the only thing I would ask your Dr about.
Avatar f tn Do you see a doctor? I had mine prescribed, I just felt better knowing my doctor was picking one he thought was best, otherwise, they are very much the same, if you compare the backs you'll see which ones have the best, and most amount of vitamins! I used vitafushion prenatals while we were TTC!
Avatar f tn I would just wait. I have read a lot about iron overload. If you are taking Rx like me it has a warning on it about taking more than one a day. So, if I were you I would just eat extra healthy today and take it tomorrow. Girl I have those days too, don't stress!!
Avatar f tn And they never asked about them throughout the whole pregnancy. This time I have a different doc and she gave me an Rx but my insurance won't cover it so I've started taking over the counters. The prenatal vitamins can make nausea worse for some women. So if you get the OTC try the gummies cause those are pretty gentle.
1216742 tn?1334152111 it gives a bunch of info for dietary changes, such as avoiding soy, and natural supplements and superfoods. 8012558 tn?1399308657 I was so excited how easy is to take them, but I just read some not so good reviews about gummy vitamins. Now I feel bad because I think they are not going to do a good job. I have vitamin D deficiency (was told it's inherited) and it is important for me to take them on daily bases. I also take multivitamin, vitamin C, and Fish-Oil (all gummies). Does anyone have experience with taking gummies and did they worked for you? I am also worried about sugar intake now.
Avatar m tn I just found out I am 5 weeks pregnant. What prenatal vitamins are the best to take?
Avatar f tn Yes the rx made me really sick, and when I compared the ingredients I thought otc options were way better. I like rainbow lite, but I'm sure they're all great and I'm pretty sure the ones at costco are the number 1 selling prenatal.
Avatar n tn I also had a young cat get kidney failure for no reason what-so-ever, in 2016. After spending a ton of money at a vet clinic that just wanted to push pills, do expensive tests and tell me he was gonna die anyway, I found www.petwellbeing.com and ordered some Kidney Support Gold drops for him. They have fabulous reviews and I am sure they saved my Simba's life. I also started him on a liquid vitamin called "Lixotinic".
Avatar n tn Mainly because baby is taking all the vitamins your body ingests normally for itself so the prenatal vitamins give you that extra boost to support you AND baby. Folic acid is also really good to take to help your baby.
Avatar m tn Hello; I have got one coronary DES stent implanted since two month ago ("Endeavor RESOLUTE RX"). I am on clopidogrel, aspirin, atorvastatin, carvedilol, enalapril and pantoprazol. Fearing about scars growing inside the stent's mesh, I have read that some people recommend vitamin E for cosmetic appearance of scars; well, my question is: Could vitamin E be of some help for preventing "in-stent restenosis"? Is it worth trying? Thanks!
1828249 tn?1320012338 I'M SO CONFUSED. I'M OUT OF ANSWERS, TRICKS, OR TECHNIQUES. I'M HAVING HORRIBLE NAUSEA AND VOMITING. IF I THINK ABOUT FOOD I PUKE, IF I EAT FOOD I PUKE. IF I DRINK WATER I PUKE, IF I DRINK JUICE I PUKE. I CAN'T KEEP ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING DOWN. I'LL LAY DOWN TO REST, AND UPON GETTING UP I'M SO AND DIZZY. THE WORST FEELING EVER. SOMETIMES I'M SCARED TO EAT BECAUSE I'M SO TIRED OF THROWING UP. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE.
2175366 tn?1337651654 Some people get good results with "superfoods" such as bee pollen, royal jelly, spirulina because they are so highly concentrated with nutrients. Adrenal aids such as eleuthero and rhodiola can be helpful as well.
