Anyone watching Oprah today? the subjet is postive thinking or something...anyway I just had my "AH HA" moment! She said you have to ask for it, visiluiaze it, and then let it go, and then it will come. If you are grasping to hard there is no room for what you want to really enter your life.......

I have a mostly healthy diet with a day or two in the month where I eat junk, like popcorn and apple pie with ice cream
I recently started mixing Amazing Grass Superfoods and Wheat grass in my morning smoothies. My smoothies include a helping of berries: blue, black, and strawberries with banana and grape juice. Not sure if the superfoods have causes this grainy stool, but I am concerned since it lasts for a couple of days.
I just left a reply to the Let's tar and feather Oprah thread and it is showing up. I said what I had to say and I won't say anymore on that subject. I have no respect for any doctor that will stand up and call his peers quacks.!! He spent entirely too much time hating on Oprah when he could have been maybe trying to find a cure to help those of us who are in chronic pain daily.
Did anyone here catch Montel Williams on Oprah ? Apparently he talked about what it is really like to have an invisible disease and how difficult it can be. But he and other guests also spoke of what valuable lessons they have learned as a result of their diagnosis.
Anyway.. here's the link below if you are interested. I was happy to see Montel Williams come forward and speak for everyone who struggles with a chronic illness... especially when we "look good".
can anyone tell me is that movie related to the book that Oprah talks about? Can anyone tell me how to get it? I went to Block Busters and to a little place in my neighbor hood and to the local Library and they didnt have it at any of those places. I appreciate any info any one can give me.
