Have you tried
Chia seeds yet? I find they make me feel full, and stop me from getting constipated. I just put half a teaspoon in my Cuppa Soup, at lunchtime, the hot water starts them swelling, and thickens up the soup a little, and they have no taste. You can sprinkle a little over your cereal, (home made muesli with no dried fruit in it I hope, as dried fruit is full of fructose), Or put a table spoon into a stew or casserole. I started with the half teaspoon, just to see what happened.
