Any mommies near north east Florida? I have NO mommy friends, and most of the moms around me are drunks, pill heads, or some sort of addict. I just want a few normal mommy friends, for maybe play dates, or just someone who can relate to my lifestyle....I dunno, probably sound dumb asking...

I could have sworn I saw somewhere that there was a NS in North Carolina that specializes in CM....however I am drawing a blank as to where I saw it....can anyone help me out?

Has anyone had surgery in North Carolina? I went for a consult at Wake Forest Baptist and am scheduled to see another NS at Duke in January. I hope that I can wait that long. I feel like my symptoms get worse every day! I am an accountant and work is getting more difficult for me. Does anyone have trouble working? Any suggestions on how to get an earlier appointment with an NS at Duke?

May I suggest u go with cobra as it will last a little more then a yr and give u the same coverage u have now...it will give u time to get into a NS and time for ur DH to locate another job with similar benefits....as long as u keep coverage they have to accept the pre existing condition. We do have a list of Drs here for u to use as a tool to research Drs, the list is NOT a referral....

I am being referred to North Carolina Chiari center. Does anyone know how long that takes to get there and what happens when you are there? I have good insurance, but coat is stressing me out. Any advice?
