Are there any other teachers out there or pregnant moms with hectic jobs. How do you keep your composure?

He started Junior High this year and his Facial Tics seem to be out of control very much making his transition very hard for him to concentrate on anything. His facial movements are every few seconds not any breaks in between. I am not sure how to handle this do I take him back to the Dr or just wait it out and give it sometime for him to adjust. He take Tenex but I think it is not helping him anymore. What does a parent do?

So since I was 28 weeks my hubby's specail needs brother has been staying with us. I'm now 32+3 weeks and been so stressed because his dad promised to send some money for groceries for him ( he is on their food stamps and gets 674 dollars in disability) well no money has come and we have had to spend so much money on him and skipped two major bills this month to get extra groceries and make sure he had a good birthday.

So I am 17 weeks now and feeling g physically ill due to stress. Any ideas for stress relief? Most of my go to activities aren't working. Between a creep video taping my daughter (who's 2) while at my in laws and my fil telling me I'm blowing things out of proportion, my husband reverting to whatever his dad says is law, and being the mean evil board member Sharing with 50 members their dues are increasing 3Xs what they're used to.....I'm sick and cramping.

Im 16 weeks pregnant. My stress is at an all time now between work, school, family issues and trying to make sure my baby's okay. I just need some stress relief techniques i've tried walking, talking to friends but none of its working it just leads to me feeling depressed for some time. Mind you i've picked up on my bad habit of smoking cigarettes but not a whole cig or not that often but it makes me feel like crap so I need something else beside the just breathe technique.

He loves school and gets angry with himself because he misses so much. He has lots of friends and loves his teachers. Sometimes his teachers scold him for being absent and say mean things to him in front of the class. I've talked to them about it. We even have had child protection come to our house. When he can't get to school he says he's a failure. What do other parents do to interface with the school? We've tried home schooling and tutors. How much do I push?

Plus most of those days were outside and or had alot of being active involved my son could not even do school plays without me there which were done during school hours he has developmental delays teachers aides other teachers/staff are great with kids and the parents just not the teacher he had lets just i am greatly relief less stressed since today was last school day but my doctor has been away informed of why i was stressed out alot and he even said glad to see your not stressed out I

its just causing so much stress my mum is already ill she doesnt need anymore stress.

Everytime after he finished crying, he feels relief and play and laugh as usual. Except for his frequent display of tears, around 5 min once or twice a week at school, he is a happy boy.

My mother was a teacher in a junior high school before she retired 15 years ago but there was a feeling of respect for the students while also making them respect the teachers as well and of course learn. When I was in college there was one professor who was known to be involved in that sort of thing but as we were all adults there wasn't much you could do about it.

Ewww tuff one. My first reaction was good for them. Get rid of crappy teachers, but then I'm thinking we don't pay our teachers enough for such an important job. This is a good question I think you should continue for the moment and yes ask the teachers if they will also still use the reward system .Many teachers seem to forget in their busy day that young children have to be reminded to use the bathroom, and many times children hold it for hours or dont go at all or have accidents, .so ask the teacher to remind your child to go ..

I feel your pain on not telling family members. I used to have a hard time telling my Dad because hes a Catholic, Id cook a huge steak dinner each time. But Id feel better afterward. Im also a total "daddys girl" lol so that may have helped. Anyway! Jumping off the soapbox, I agree that you should tell your family hun.

Hey our situation is solo much alike except I'm 19 and 20 weeks and also a ftm...what I do is find something I like doing like writing poems and stories and explain to my family and fiance I just want to be alone for a moment and that's what I do I am to myself and doing what I love stress is never good for you or the baby...

Is it ok to give a dog Clonapin to relieve stress from thunderstorms and if so how much for a 60 vlb dog? Is there anything else I can do to relieve her stress when there are thunderstorms. She shakes, pants and drools.
