holiday stress relief kit

So I am 17 weeks now and feeling g physically ill due to stress. Any ideas for stress relief? Most of my go to activities aren't working. Between a creep video taping my daughter (who's 2) while at my in laws and my fil telling me I'm blowing things out of proportion, my husband reverting to whatever his dad says is law, and being the mean evil board member Sharing with 50 members their dues are increasing 3Xs what they're used to.....I'm sick and cramping.

m now 32+3 weeks and been so stressed because his dad promised to send some money for groceries for him ( he is on their food stamps and gets 674 dollars in disability) well no money has come and we have had to spend so much money on him and skipped two major bills this month to get extra groceries and make sure he had a good birthday. Well today my hubby text me and said his check was almost 300 dollars extra for money his job has owed him since last year!!!

Im 16 weeks pregnant. My stress is at an all time now between work, school, family issues and trying to make sure my baby's okay. I just need some stress relief techniques i've tried walking, talking to friends but none of its working it just leads to me feeling depressed for some time. Mind you i've picked up on my bad habit of smoking cigarettes but not a whole cig or not that often but it makes me feel like crap so I need something else beside the just breathe technique.

Yes i did. It was performed by a company called TKN(to know Now) I ordered the test on the phone and the tester met me at the mall and performed the test there and the result was ready in 20min. But i later read that the test has high false positives.

I sudently got off them because I felt I was in control. Then during this holiday, my family suffered a loss then my husband found out his family never liked me nor did they wanted me a part of their family. I was rushed to the hopital with panic attacks and prescribed anti anxeity medication. Should I go back on PB medication to minimize my depression before it comes back full force?

Try this first and if this does not work, as with my kit, you resort to force feeding. I know it sounds cruel and you do feel like you are torturing your darling, but you may be saving their lives. All of this should of course be cleared with you' re vet ahead of time. I found the best way to force feed is to back your cat in between you legs while kneeling, get a 25cc syringe or larger and suck up softened food, and little by little place it in your cats mouth, LOL?

I have read a lot about why home testing is not approved, and it is not really about the test kits being unreliable, it seems to be more about concerns around counseling and maybe some end user issues. I sure understand the counseling issues now - the stress and utter craziness I have been experiencing are really, really scary. So 6 weeks after a fairly low risk event I used one of these tests, and my test result was negative. Great relief!!

Hello, I have recently just returned from holiday Monday and performed oral sex on a male who was from a different county to myself. Stress is the biggest trigger for me whether its good stress (like excited for family holiday get togethers) or worrisome stress such as getting my blood pressure taken (I have white coat syndrome). I did a hpt on 7/19/12 and got a very faint line on the test band of the hpt kit. did another test last 7/23/12 and got two clear lines which means positive right?! but on the 28th, i experienced bleeding like i was having my monthly period. it was almost 3days before I go to see a doctor. The doctor did an IE to me and assure me that I am really pregnant for about 6weeks. She told me to undergo on an ultrasound and some laboratory test to know the reason why I am bleeding.
