I feel sick to my stomach a lot and when I lay on my stomach I feel like there is a knot up high by my ribs. Also, when I lay down I won't burp, but as soon as I sit up a lot of air comes out without warning or my trying. This has been getting worse for the last couple of years. A couple of years ago when it starting the doctor thought I had gallbladder problems and did an ultrasound.
I just finished my two years of tamoxifen and start my arimidex this week. I recently developed severe stomach pains with cramps, diarrhea and what feels like acid indigestion that has lasted for almost a week. Everything I swallow with the exception of water, makes me hurt terribly. We were in Costa Rica when it started so my G.P. thinks it's either a parasite or a staff infection. I wondered if it could be from my chemo and radiation treatments.
Lately, he has been telling me that he can not gain any of the weight he lost back, and he has minor stomach pains along with a nauseating feeling. He says that everytime he eats something, he has the immediate urge to go stool, and most of his stools are very loose. He can't fit much in his stomach either. Some days it feels better, while others don't. Please help me. Thank You!
I've been having stomach ache pains for about 6 days or so now, accompanied with diahrrea (yay!!) But I haven't had nausea, vomiting, or fever. So I'm not sure if it's a virus or potentially preterm labor - don't even know if that's even a sign of labor. I'm 29 weeks pregnant with my first baby, so i really have no clue what to expect or make of this. Im sure new moms can relate ;) Has anyone had anything similar to this? Thanks!!!
My last period was 5/25 i had sex 6/8 and since the 11th ive been having sore breast and period pains and today after i ate i had to stop eating because i felt like i was gonna throw up and my stomach was upset it felt really weird and it felt like i took some antibiotics and my stomach got upset because i didn't eat i was having horrible period pains today but it stopped im not due for another 10 days
I'd double check because nexium can cause nausea and stomach pains ! I know what your going through though, i'm 19 and had acid reflux all of my life. I was switched from medication to medication and to me i just felt that the medicines would work for a while then id just get stupid side effects so i just stopped taking them and watch what i eat and i've actually been doing a lot better. Best of luck to you ! I would also get your gallbladder checked as a precaution!
Where are the pains exactly? I'm having intense stomach pains from the top of my naval to the top of my stomach and they are refrerring it to GERD (Acid Reflux Disease). I'd go see your GI and see if they can do an upper endoscopy on you. I'm going in on the 3rd to for one to see if I have GERD or a peptic ulcer. Drink a lot of water and a very bland diet (toast with peanut butter).
What helps with nausea? And the whole stomach ache that comes with it?
She was admitted with suspected appendicitis in the September 2015 as she was having bad stomach pains/cramps sickness with a high temperature but it was diagnosed as mesenteric adenitis on a ultrasound scan. She has had a couple more episodes a few months later but never went to hospital.
Roughly from April 2016 she has had irregular bowel habits i.e. bouts of diarrhea, loose stools to not going regularly (but not constipated) all with lots of mucus, her periods have also stopped.

So last week I was vomiting every 20 mins and I went to the ER after I ended up missing a lot of work. And today I started the vomiting again. But this time I'm getting crazy painful stomach pains. It sometimes it brings tears to my eyes. I'm 11 weeks and it's first pregnancy. My boss says that I can't keep missing work otherwise I will lose my job.
So my names Tom I'm 21 married with a kid, I'm 6' 155 pounds, I've been having really bad stomach pains for almost 2 years now, it's like a really sharp pain/cramping/nausea I'm usually fine if I'm sitting/laying down but if I get up to do anything it hurts so bad and it gets worse over time to the point if I walk for like 10 minutes I'll throw up so I try and take stops when the pain gets to bad.
Would a mild bilirubin elevation cause stomach pains like gas bloating nausea? My bilirubin was 1.5 and my stomachs been acting up. I was taking antibiotics and after all my stomach pains began. I also ready its harmless if alt is normal and other liver function test are normal for me, only mild bilirubin. Now I was prescribed Pepcid for stomach acid and I'm scared to take them because I don't want my numbers to rise.
Ive been experiencing horrible stomach pains as well. It started yesterday at around 1p and it was just nausea. Then I started to burp ALOT, but still feel nausea. Then this morning, it went to go buy some Mylanta and it didnt work at all. All day today, spaced out about 15-20 minutes, I get this strong pain on top of my stomach near my esophagus, as if someone is twisting my insides and it makes the nausea worse for that minute the pain is there.
I am staying upright here at home...continuing to have upper stomach pains, with the chest spasms. Before, I was given nitroglycerin to take for the spasms, but it gives me a huge headache.
I am trying to figure out what is different & am wondering if the nortripyline might be part of the problem. I wonder if taking melatonin might help with the sleeping difficulties with my fibromyalgia.
I have been drinking raspberry lemonade lately (not today though).
