Its probably from the drinking...did you happen to get crazy or overexert yourself
when you were
drinking?
When you are partying, you tend to be more active: dancing, jumping, etc. And just like too much exercise can make your muscles sore, you can be sore after a night of acting like that. Vomiting does not help, because you use a lot of muscles to vomit. Take some Tylenol and rest...chalk it up to the pains of drinking!
