So my names Tom I'm 21 married with a kid, I'm 6' 155 pounds, I've been having really bad stomach pains for almost 2 years now, it's like a really sharp pain/cramping/nausea I'm usually fine if I'm sitting/laying down but if I get up to do anything it hurts so bad and it gets worse over time to the point if I walk for like 10 minutes I'll throw up so I try and take stops when the pain gets to bad.
I have been having major stomach pains for a little over 2 years now. I am lost on what to do and I can't handle these pains anymore. As I'm typing this I'm laying in the fetal position on my living room floor having a gallbladder attack for an hour so far. I finally went to the emergency room for the first time and they had done blood test and barely looked at me and told me that I was fine. so I went home but they pains kept coming and now worse than before.
Not literally stomach pains, no. The aorta does run all the way down the chest and abdomen, and it should be checked by CT to make sure there is nothing going on with the aorta itself. Another thing that should and undoubtedly will be checked is your coronary artery flow, to make sure there are no blockages there; sometimes a coronary blockage will cause what the patient experiences as "stomach pain.
I've been having awful stomach pain in my upper right stomach for almost 24 hours now. It hurts to take deep breaths and nothing seems to relieve it.
I initially thought that it was gas pains, but it just isn't going away. I am belching constantly but have no other symptoms..
I'm wondering what this could be, I know that it isn't normal.
I have sharp upper stomach pains ,it feels like I'm starving,severly achy back, slight fever 99.3, have to pee every hour or half an hour. feel like throwing up but don't. I have had it twice, a month in between. Both times it has lasted from 6 at night til 1 in morning then slight ferver for a few days. I've had my blood tested and waiting for results. Could it be some weird virus that i've gotten twice or similar strain or is it more serious?
I have had dizziness, bloating of stomach and bad chest pains as well as stomach pains. Went to doctor and they done ct scans of head and stomach and MRI of head and to no avail they say nothing is wrong except I have gallstones and gall sludge which is not infected.please tell me someone has had the same thing going on this has lasted for 4 months and no clue.
My advice is if it is gallstones or your gallbladder dont leave it like i did, ive done my research on having gallstones and from experience the best thing ive done is have my gallbladder out :) hope your ok x
I really don't know how contractions feel bcz wit my first baby I was having them & didn't even know ! Well my question is yesterday I went to the ER bcz of my gallstones were hurting my back & upper part of my stomach but not that much on my back ! Well they sent me home & now its been 24 hours & my stomach hurts worse it feels tight all the way down to my vagina & can't breathe & can't walk ! Could it be gallstones or contractions ?
m too scared to have it done but I also suffer from gallstones and have constant stomach problems. I am now wondering if my heart flutters and skipped beats can also be from my stomach issues. Dr. does not want to take out gallstones until I have the ablation done, I have no idea why but I am so tired of feeling this way! Sorry I wasn't much help but hope you feel better!
I just went to the Dr. for pains in my stomach and they did an ultrasound and they found gallstones. I have been researching them since I have to see the surgion this coming up Tuesday. Fatigue is one of the syptoms I have read about and I totally feel it! If you haven't gone to get checked out I would if I were you!
Waiting Xrays for Gallbladder disease
My typical symptoms include, sharp pains under right rib, pain in right shoulder, severe nausea when anything but a bland diet is eaten. Heartburn from most foods and all drinks apart from water. Severe nausea when anything sugary or chocolatey is eaten. The doctor seems to think the way forward is to have my gallbladder removed, but im just confused if these symptoms would be caused by gallstones.
ve always assumed that I just had a sensitive stomach, or IBS with certain triggers that I stayed away from (caffeine, tomatoes, milk, etc). But now, I'm wondering if it's just IBS that I have. Recently, my stomach has taken a turn for the worse. After every meal (well, probably 9-10 meals) I become extremely bloated with mild pain/cramping, a "sour" stomach, popping/bubbling noises, and the whole thing is worse than uncomfortable.
My bilirubin was 65 and amalayse levels quite high, also at that point my reactive c protein was 81 (high inflammatory markers). He felt that this meant gallstones or gallstones stuck in bile duct. My stool did not show any sign of ulcer/hernia and my urine no show of infection. He advised to cut out fat which I have been doing ever since. A few wks later I had a ultrasound that showed no stones.
It seemed to work. Then in 2009 from Jan to May I had intermittent pains, of the same nature. The attacks would be a burning sensation in the upper stomach and sometimes back. It would last from 30 minutes to 45 minutes--. It would start an hour or two after I had eaten a meal. During both of these periods I was under a lot of stress.
The doctor prescribed me with Losec again. this time it worked for one month. But the day I stopped taking it, I suffered another pain attack.
I have gallstones, i expereinced gallstone attack. It is usually in the night time after eatting fatty food.
However, recently I have this pain in right side in the morning before i eat anything , same area pain as gallstone attack (the area just below the breast), and it lasts for hours. The magnitute of the pain is not as bad as a gallstone attack, but it is not mild either. It is unbearable too.
Can anyone advise gallstone cause pain without eating fatty food?
