Avatar f tn Lately, I have been running almost everyday or do a short workout in the house. It is followed by intense pain in my lower stomach similar to the pains I get during my menstrual cramps. This pain occurs though when I am not on my period. Sometimes after running a mile it is so intense I have to lay down until it goes away. The pain usually doesn't last more than 10 min. The more intense the workout the more intense the pain. It does not feel like it is a type of muscle pain.

Avatar f tn A friend of mine has severe stomach pains. She has gone to the several doctors several times over the years and they don't seem to help. Every time they actually give her a legitimate diagnoses, they end up doing a test that rules it out. Off the top of my head I know they have mentioned cysts, female problems, appendicitis, itbs, celiac, and colon issues. The most common response to her string of symptoms is female problems. This is clearly not the case.

She has been unable to complete the required mile and says the pain is quite intense. She ran track last spring and was able to run more than that without any problems. She also played competive summer basketball without any problems with the running. She is 5' 7'' and weighs about 125 lbs.

Avatar f tn This is normal for the beginning of exercise, just continue your workout after the first week or two your pain will go away. And whether you continue your workout or not you will feel pain. But I recommend fighting through it and continue your workout for me, the pain goes away faster continuing the workout rather then giving up.

When I eat a meal my lower abdomen cramps and hurts so bad I cannot stand up syraight. Every morning, like clock work, I have diarrhea. I have lost 5lbs ( not trying), and I am no longer able to workout. I have become increasingly weak. I have cut all gluten, dairy, processed foods from my diet.
14991338 tn?1447193706 It is possible your anxiety while you workout is putting your bp over the edge. It does raise some naturally after a workout and the anxiety may be making it go higher. If you had a clean bill of health with your tests then I would work on this fear you have that is impacting your well being. We are all going to die. Living in fear of it will rob you of your happiness. So just drink lots of water when you are working out and try to do a proper cool down.

Avatar f tn You may suddenly feel like your stomach Is as tender as It would be the day after an Intense workout. And yes eventually it will lead into more frequent urination as your baby gains weight. I hope this helped a little bit!!!

I hate the spotting but have learned to see it as normal. Is it normal? I'm 22. I would say I'm in good health. I used to jog 4 miles daily. 2 or 4 miles I spot anyway. Does this happen to anyone else?
